Chaitanya Holidays — Fake cyber receipt generation and non payment of bills

Ms.Rohina from Chaitanya holidays reserved three rooms in our hotel for Mr.Umesh Shah on 11/12/2016 on MAP Basis(Room Rent+Breakfast+Dinner).They had checked in on 25/12/2015 and checked out on 27/12/2016.Asper our policy we informed them to clear all the dues before guest check out andMs.Kavitha send ICICI Bank Cyber receipt with a reference No[protected] on 26/12/2016 shows they made a payment of Rs-20, 308/- via NEFT.According to the payment details they send to us we allowed the guest to check out.But it was a fake receipt made by themselves.

We send mails and frequently contacted Mr.Shan, Bhavesh, Rohina, Kavitha and Mr.Arun but they refused to pay the amount.
