As of 25th May 2015.:Chaitanya Travels : Mr. Shan---
Your company has been involved in fraud, cheating, mental harrasment & loss of name to my family.You & your staff have been persistently lying about confirmation of multiple flight & package bookings for dec 2014 & jan 2015 which you have been paid in advance. Flights for Goa, chennai & Delhi. Packages for Velankanni tour & golden triangle.
Your misdeeds are as follows:
1. Most payments made to your office between june - july 2014 above 1 lakh rupees.
2. Your claims that your manager Daniel has created fraud is your internal matter as alll payments were done in your office & I have valid receipts for the same.Additionally you had verbally committed that all flight tickets & packages have been booked in the first week of Nov 2014 after your manager was sacked & your additional demand for 1 lakh was paid the very same day as you said it was urgent for the bookings.additionally you have increased the package amounts for chennai & delhi which I paid.which is not the original amount.Till the last day & minute you tell me that the tickets & package for chennai were not booked & causing me an embarrasement as it was a wedding gift for my brother.
3.My return flight you changed without my approval & changed it to Spice jet which was having problems after paying you premium & splitting my family.
4. As I have been abroad on work you have delayed in refund of 26500 which was discussed prior my leaving & was to be returned to me. For this you have harrased my wife with multiple follow ups which she has made..
Your cheque of 18640/- with ICICI bank has bounced lack of funds see proof of attachment. You have been notified with a registered letter & through phone calls.You have not returned my principal amount & trusting your agency I have lost about 60000/-.
Your pending amount is 16500.

Hi Guys, I also had worst experience with these guys, they are 3rd degree liars and cheaters. Our trip to KERALA was a big mess
