[Resolved]  Chaitanya Holidays — Deficiency in Services

Chaitanya Holidays have created forged vouchers and confirmation mails for my honey moon holidays in Maldives and Mauritius and have collected payments from me for the same in advance. All of this has eventually made a spoil sport of my honey moon due to deficiency in service from Chaitanya Holidays. I have only ended up paying additional amount and suffered very high level of inconveniences. All the evidences that we have gathered from the local agent in Mauritius and Maldives will be made available at the time of jurisdiction to the arbitrator and consumer court of INDIA.

Please note the extent of monetary damages that were made during my travel due to deficiency in service by Chaitanya Holidays as follows:

1. Maldives Stay: INR 21000 (INR 110000 – INR 89000)
2. Day lost in Maldives: INR 25000 (half of the approx. charges for one day stay in Maldives)
3. Mauritius Stay: INR 10000 (for the up gradation of the room in MovenPick hotel to make it comparable to Intercontinental Hotel (a 5 star luxury hotel)
4. Day lost in Mauritius: INR 30000 (INR 15000 – half of the approx. charges for one day stay on half board package in Intercontinental hotel and INR 15000 for missing out on the submarine ride in Mauritius)
5. Telephone charges: INR 5000 (we had to regularly communicate to India to Mr. Daniel and local agents in Maldives and Mauritius to correct the terrible arrangements made by Chaitanya Holidays)
6. Business / Investment Loss: INR 350000 (Deficiency in service by Chaitanya Holidays after the advance payment of INR 204116, resulted in depressing atmosphere and mental harassment on our honey moon travel and consequently I and my spouse ended up with a loss in Investment / business due to our inaction in the same period).

Total Monetary Damage: INR 441000

Lets form a group of people whom chaitanya holidays has cheated

Non refund of advance

I had paid advance for a singapore trip on 26.08.2013. Before they book hotel, flight ticket we cancelled the tour and they promised 100% refund., still I have not received the refund
