This is the worst travel agency ever we have seen.
We had paid full cost of vacation to this agency three months in advance,
Even after we found that this agency did not pay our hotel bill. We had to pay bill ourselves.
On top of that they even did not pay to car service agency. The car service agency really tortured us since they did not get their dues from this travels agency. Again we had to pay them from our pocket to proceed further.
Not even this, after repeated calls, they did not even bother to pay us back our money.
Thier staff in the office is so shameless that they even cut the our calls.
