I had booked kerala trip for my family. They changed few hotels last moment. Even after paying whole amount they had not paid for one hotel. The hotel staff said we could not check out until the bill was paid. The driver provided for 9 days was rude and always in a bad mood. He was not co-operative to our queries . On first day after checking at hotel he left saying that his duty was over at 5 pm (though it was earlier than that) and left....
