Dear Sir,

This is Sowmia Narayanan and my airtel mobile number: 9840544557 . Since 2006 i am the one of most important airtel customer. Previously i am a honest customer and regularly i paid my post paid bills you chek up my payments records also for your reference. From last April 2009 onwards i didnt pay my airtel bill because of some personnel reasons and i already informed to your call center executives also the reference numbers are: 896036210 & 893651221 & 821304950 .

Please check up with this reference numbers given above for your kind reference.

NOW YOU COLLECTION SIDE PERSONS ARE CALLING FROM THE NUMBER 044 4296870 AND 19500 131100 AND THEY ARE USING BAD WORDS AND DARE WORDS TO ME AND I ALREADY SPOKEN WITH THEM FOR SETTLEMENT ALSO I ASKED SOME TIME TO CLEAR MY PREVIOUS ALL DUES TO THE ABOVE SAID MY MOBILE NUMBER: 9840544557 BUT THEY ARE DAILY DISTURBING TO MY FRIENDS, RELATIVES, AND MY CLIENTS WHO ARE ALL THE NUMBERS WHICH I CALLED PREVIOUSLY THE ABOVE ALL PERSONS NUMBERS THEY GET FROM MY POSTPAID BILL IN LAST MONTH DETAILS ( FROM MY CALL SUMMARY) THEY GOT THE ALL MY RELATIVES NUMBERS AND THEY GIVING MULTIPLE DISTURBANCE TO THEM THROUGH MAKING CALLS TO THEM... THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT WAY FOR THE COLLECTION EXECUTIVE.IF THE EXECUTIVE WANTS THE PAYMENT AMOUNT MEANS THEY HAVE TO COME TO MY OFFICE ONLY NOT DOING AND MAKING CALLS TO MY RELATIVES , FRIENDS AND SPECIALY MY CLIENTS....

IF THEY CONTINUE IN FUTURE THEN IMMEDIATELY I WILL MOVE THIS WITH MY FAMILY ADVOCATE TO TAKE FURTHER ACTION AGAINST THE ALL AIRTEL COLLECTION TEAMS.

SO PLEASE TAKE THIS AS BIG ISSUE AND WARN THEM . THIS IS NOT MY REQUEST ITS MY BIGINING STAGE ORDER FOR YOUR PEOPLES WHO ARE IN COLLECTION TEAMS.

NOTE: THE COLLECTION EXECUTIVE NAME IS: MR.RAMESH AND MR.KRIBA FROM THE NUMBERS: 044 42968750 & 19500 131100 I NEED THE ADDRESS OF THE ABOVE SAID NUMBERS .. AND UNLESS THEY DO REGRET OR THEY HAVE TO ASK ME SORRY IN ANY OBLIGATION TO ALL MY FRIENDS, RELATIVES, AND CLIENTS THEY MUST SAY SORRY OTHERWISE I NEVER GOING PAY ANY SINGLE EVEN ONE RUPEE TO AIRTEL AND I WILL STRONGLY GIVE THIS COMPLAINT TO CONSUMER COURTAND LOK ATHAL I WILL COMPLAINT TO TRAI ALSO.

NOTE: I SPOKEN TO MR.KANNAN CUSTOMER CARE DT: 12.09.09 REGARDING MY COMPLAINT AND ON 14.09.2009 15.09.2009 16.09.2009 I SPOKEN WITH VIJAYALAKSHMI REF NO: 555451875 AND 55543828 WITH SANDIYA AND SATURDAY ALSO I SPOKEN WITH SADID SUPERVISOR REF NO: 561060105 I GIVEN ALL COMPLAINTS BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE IF THEY WANT PAYMENT THEY HAVE TO SAY SORRY AND THEY HAVE TO COME DIRECTLY TO MY OFFICE ....

dear sir,

i m rakesh kumar from patiala having an airtel number 09872028010, it sbeen 4 years that i am using airtel jumbo pack 9999 plan, and for that i made a payment of rs 10, 000 on 19th september, 2009 and therefore i thought that my plan must have changed or further processed within 24 to 48 hours but no further query took place and because of that i recieved my bill without the activation of my jumbo plan 9999, so i request you to clarify my humble request and remunurate my bill and take proper measure of tha airtel office chadha telecom patiala so that no customer harrasement takes place further!!!

I, M V Kulkarni (9004329170), is having Airtel prepaid connection. I have the following complaints,
Since last two months the Airtel India is deducting money from my prepaid account with out my permission, on inquring I was informed that the money was deductedn for the following services which i have not asked for,
1) Crickel Alert
2) Bikini model Alert
3) Job alert and many other alerts About Rs 150 were deducted from my account till date.
I request you to stop this alerts Immidiately and kindly refund my money. I also request you to stop sending me such request in near future.

i am having the post paid connection. in my name 9994389495... and my partner nu. 9994379495. for the last three years.

recently a marketting person, name called saran. from HI- TEL. dharapuram road, tirupur.tamilnadu, come to our office
and he decently inform alll the plans, and at that time we intrested in three new connections. and exsiting two numbers too in our concern name, in one number 199 cug plan and 4 numbers in 249 plan. that was commited on 13 th nov - 2009. on 14 th he give three new sim cards and inform us, it was activated after confirmations, confirmations also happen. but till dated/ time it was not activated and plan not changed

for the past three years, we well satisfied with airtel service, but in this regarding this matter we loose our faith on airtel service,

i ask the marketting person, he was not properly respond, and same time he was quarell with us

inform us what to do

Inspite of requesting them to cancel my number, the airtel people have still not done.We requested this 5 months back before coming to UK.
They are costantly adding the rentals every month.Though last time we have paid it.
But this time I am not going to spend a single penny.

The female calls my parents and uses abusive words.
If no action is taken then my lawyer will c to it that proper action is taken against the company.

Do monitor the call of 12th December from 09096958296.

Oct 29 05:13 PM on this date we called and informed them that we paid again the amnt and they promised us to cancel.

On 11th December my parents got a cal that the number has been deactivated but again on 12th December this female call my mum and abuses her .

I want this to be taken seriously.
 
whenever my mobile is having network then also it says dat my mobile is switch off.
 
I am using the mobile number 9872700520 postpaid, i had a bill payment due of 7600 Rs. My connection was barred by the company, i got a call from an agent called deepak, and he informed me to clear the bills, he offered me a bill waiver and asked me to pay only 5400 Rs, I payed the same amount but still my number is barred and if contacted with the customer care they still ask for the remaining amount.

i am devang joshi.using one the poorest coverage and poorest service provided sim card of airtel.inspite of so many complains still no any kind of solutation and reply.i can not understand either they no understanding language or not to take any step intenstly.so requesting to you solve the problem of poor network coverage and during talk automaticaly cut down the calls.need some improvement on that.if possible.hope you can understand.god help him.want your reply.

myself kamal soni i have use ur post paid connection last 4 yrs, but still i face more problem abt ur kota rgion bcz nobody solve my problem regarding my post paid bill not received last 4 month, i call ur 121, kota head office, nahta centre, nayapura centre they all not satisfied me .so plz do some action regarding this & reply me can i m contuniue this coneection or not.
