[Resolved]  Airtel Customer Care — AGAINST INTERNET(GPRS) CONNECTION

RESPECTED SIR,
I AM ANKUR RATHORE MY NO. [protected]. I HAVE SEND MESSAGE TO ACTIVATE INTERNET MOA TO 52818 ON 8TH JULY THEN GPRS IS ACTIVATED. THEN WAS ASKED TO SEND ANOTHER SMS MO TO 2567 TO GET CONNECTION (SETTINGS) I HAVEN'T GOT ANY SETTING TILL NOW. I CONSULT TO CUSTOMER CARE MANY TIME FOR THE CONNECTION THEY ALWAY SAID ME WE HAVE SENT YOU SETTING BUT I HAVEN'T GOT TILL NOW.THEN AGAIN I TALK TO CUSTOMER CARE THEN THE EXCUTIVE SAYS THAT U GO TO NEAREST AIRTEL OFFICE FOR MANUAL SETTINGS BUT NO RESPONSE GOT FROM THEM.
I HAVE ALSO TRIED TO TAKE INFORMATION FROM UR NO.12121 BUT NO RESPONSE GOT FOR THEM FINELY I FILED A COMPLAINT (NO.[protected] NO RESPONSE GOT TILL.

SIR ITS A REQUEST TO U THAT PLEASE SEND STEP BY STEP METHOD HOW TO CONNECT TO INTERNET IN PC MANUALLY IN THE E-MAIL ID ankur.[protected]@gmail.com MY HANDSET IS NOKIA 6630.

I AM SHARDAPRASAD DUBEY MY NO. [protected] HAVING MOTO A810 HANDSET. I HAVE SEND MESSAGE TO ACTIVATE INTERNET AND GPRS IS ACTIVATED. THEN I HAVE ASKED TO SEND ANOTHER SMS TO GET CONNECTION (SETTINGS) I HAVEN'T GOT ANY SETTING TILL NOW. I CONSULT TO CUSTOMER CARE MANY TIME FOR THE CONNECTION THEY ALWAY SAID ME WE HAVE SENT YOU SETTING BUT I HAVEN'T GOT TILL NOW.THEN AGAIN I TALK TO CUSTOMER CARE THEN THE EXCUTIVE SAYS THAT U GO TO NEAREST AIRTEL OFFICE FOR MANUAL SETTINGS BUT NO RESPONSE GOT FROM THEM. I HAVE VISITED TO AIRTEL LOCAL OFFICE AT GANDHIDHAM BUT UNABLE TO DO SO WHILE VODAFONA CARE HAS ALREADY WERE DONE THE MANUAL SETING IN THE PAST BEFORE USING YOUR SERVICE.

I HAVE ALSO TRIED TO TAKE INFORMATION FROM UR NO.12120 CUTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE BUT UNABLE TO CONNECT INTERNET VIA BLUE TOOTH. NOW, WHAT SHOULD I DO !

some month ago its work properly. during some difficulties i formatted my system.

I have Activate internet service, but i am not able to connect internet last 3 day, i had took all the setting from customer care, but still not able to connect & balance has been detected.
