[Resolved] Aircel — GPRS / pocket internet

I m using aircel in delhimy number is[protected], I purchased a aircel sim card on 10th of june, 2009 I recharged with rs.98 to get unlimited internet, but when i started using pocket internet, browsing/surfing was fine, but download was very poor, when i try to download a file which is more than 750kb-1mb, it doesn't downloads the full file, it gets paused, and now after 5 days the browsing is also getting poor and downloading is literally 'nill', this is pure cheating and looting by them in the name of free unlimited internet. On[protected] i used 151 instant activation service to activate rc23.. 23 balance had been deducted from my main balance.. but the offer is not activated i didnot get any conformation message.. 24hrs have passed i didnot get any response.. please verify and activate offer.. customer service is not responding

Taken a sim around 5 in the evening and was told to insert the in phone after 8 it will be activated after calling 59059 for verification, but verification is done and yet the sim is not activated also tried calling 123 no response, poor service.

Today i got a misscall from the no[protected].I ring back and one person answer the call and started telling that i have won rs 25lakh and asked for my account no.I didi'nt pay response to it..But when i ended the call then rs 53 was deducted...My balance got lost..

Aircel — Unable to call anyone despite having balance of Rs 20
