I purchased a aircel sim card on 10th of june, 2009
i recharged with Rs.98 to get unlimited internet, but when i started using pocket internet, browsing/surfing was fine, but download was very poor, when i try to download a file which is more than 750kb-1mb, it doesn't downloads the full file, it gets paused, and now after 5 days the browsing is also getting poor and downloading is literally 'nill', this is pure cheating and looting by them in the name of free unlimited internet.
It is Very much fact about the aircel that it is cheating and looting customer, for its full gprs service it is getting 98 rupee from customer and servicing nothing, even after folloing their process of setting pocket internet is not working, and also they have no provision of giving the complain no of customers complain
I am usinjg pocket internet facility till from 4 days but i am unable to acess any site.When i want to see any videos then it gives me message that at first you have to define default acess point first.
Please. do something to solve this problem.
i purchased mi new aircel sim and the connection will start after 24hrs and after that i recharge for pocket internet orf 98rs and the connection will not start after 3hrs thus they says that the pocket internet will activate in 60min after recharge and poor thing is that whem i was trying to connect with customer care the system will go on busy iam fully dissatissfied with this service...
I also go with those complaints, because I purchased aircel sim on 22/06/09 and get recharge of 98 for pocket internet. but still i didnt recd GPRS setting, even after following all the process which they have given on the recharge voucher and also whenever we tried to contact to customer care it's always busy. really now i m disappointed, y i have bought the aircel connection.
wait guys wait without any effort nothing will happens it worked well for mobile browsing and serving its purpose.how can we expect a monthly internet at speed 256 (edge) kbps for just 98 rs is it fair to blame????
i m very impress when i take aircel sim on demand of my frnd but when i get it and get recharge of RS 98 ., i got less speed than imagination it even cant open the google home page who ii only 115kb., i cmplaint it in company, they said that they give good speed neariy btw 30-50 kb/s., but i really very dis appoint with this telcom company, , , i give advise not ever take it sim even for talk pupose, , it have bad network coverage, , , , , , ,
about pocket internet facility - AIRCEL MOBILE(Bengal circle)
I recharched my(sister's) aircel mobileNo.09614451528 with RS 98(voucher PIN No.2484396170447342) which is an unlimited browsing pack having 10 free wallpapers, 5 free games and also an unlimited free Trial pack for 1 day but due to their network problems I cann't use both them. I contacted them several time(more than 40 times) they took my complain(COMPLIN NO. R001012336, 84988 & OTHERS0 but not solved that. I want my money back or necessary steps to solve.

i purchased a aircel prepaid student plan sim card from a retailer in banswadi bangalore on 24th june and the card got activated on 25th there were no singal of the network in my area. i complined the customer care . then the same problem continued for the next two days i again complianed the same issue on 27th there was no response. i went to there only customer shop in frazer town, the executive said the complaint is closed why there is no proper answer with him. he says the problem will be resolved shortly. but no definite date.
now my issue is why do people use cell phone to get connectted whin this type of service is given should the customer be silent.
also go with those complaints, because I purchased aircel sim on 30-06-2009 and get recharge of 98 for pocket internet. but still i didnt recd GPRS setting, my mobail no is 9768260217 and mobail model is china S90 not active GPRS setting
the complaints are very much true friends,
if the company cannot give us the required internet facility then why does it promise to give so?
we never said the company to rate the pocket internet card so low, but if it promise to give us better connectivity then it should work accordingly.
whenever i try to connect the aircel pocket data connection to my laptop, it says "subscribe to packet data first"
i called the customer service officers a no. of times, but nothing worked out guys...VERY POOR RATINGS INDEED
