respected sir i m kewal kumar from jammu i am using aircel my no. is [protected] ...aircel proide rs 98/- month unlimited gprs service i have recharge my cell with rs 98 and send message for gprs activation i get gprs setting but when i open wap services after 2 sec it show error message packet data connection not available...i have call customer care many time but they not solve my problem and told me that they send my complain to gprs department and they callback in within 24hrs but after 10 days i have not got any callback plz help me...thnks kewal kumar jammu contact no. hi my name is vicky, from NAGALAND, recently AIRCEL ([censored]R) has introduce Pocket Internet here, i Recharged by Rs.98 for the GPRS, i got the setting and its worked fine, for 1st month, ..but from Next Time I was just Disconnected from net within 2 or 3 mint. i complain to customer care 100 times, but they dont have any solutions for this problem, ...and guys one more...when i asked to talk to superviser they r saying rit now there is no supervise present on the floor, i dont know wat these people are doing in call center, just they pick up the call and take ur complain, bt no solutions, ...many time they r saying the systems is vergy slow and asked us to calll latter...one more thing my cell number is highlited there as DANGER many time i was just disconnect from the call, ...really guys i m not joking...i dont know WAT TO DO...PLZ can any one HELP me...mine Numbers is [protected]...i got DC 5 Times in btn 5 Mint...gosh...

Aircel — Customer care dept not reply & problem in GPRS service
Customer care dept not reply & problem in GPRS service.Internet service not access on PC & customercare department misguide the customer & not receiving phone . I think you can try visiting their company store, all your queries and issues would be resolved then and there. Good luck
i have nokia 2700classic and i also have a aircel gprs connection pocket internet Rs. 98 but whenever i try to connect to a pc and browse after every 1-2min a service msg stating that my last call cost is 0 paise comes and the net is disconnected and i have to reconnect it again and again and for that i even cannot download as it gets disconnected and download can't be resumed.

Aircel — gprs too slow and not avlaible often
i am prashant kumar form patna my aircel no is [protected] in my area gprs speed is only 2-6 kbps and i[censored] got a call between using gprs then u cant able to surf it for 10-15 minutes. Most of time gprs is unavalaible , when i contact customer care they said that there is some problem in server or temporary problem . Please help me to take any action aganst aircel.Thanks
after doing manual setting for many times i am unable to use gprs facility. please send the right one
i am having nokia 5130 c-2 and having aircel conection.i want to activate GPRS.i have been send sms GPRS BP NOK 5130 TO 57788. BUT reply from aircei is ' your request could not be processed. to ur phone model does not support this facility'.how to i get gprs conection in my hand set through aircel give me solutions.
This is strange, why don’t you call them and confirm when was this service activated or you can visit the nearest store and discuss this issue
I would suggest you to call the customer care and check if you stay in some low network zone as low network will impact your Gprs connectivity. As such they will also suggest you the perfect solution possible.
Well my friend, the pocket internet performance is directly proportional to the network strength if the network is fine, the internet should also be good. I would suggest you to refresh the GPRS settings on your set and trust me it works.
