[Resolved]  Aircel — poor service

Address:Budgam, Jammu and Kashmir

As we r the residents of a town of budgam district namely Alamdar colony Chrari sharief. As in our area there is a huge network of Aircel.Inspite of this there is a very poor service regarding network.In our town we have got 2-3 aircel towers but still there is network problem .which is a headache in our area....
Please guide accordingly...

I have Aircel connection with number – [protected]. I recharged my mobile on 16/3/2010 by Rs. 225/- for 24 hours aircel to aircel free service. Bt I am unable to call on any aircel number after sharp 11 pm for whole night. I m able to call on other networks like airtel, idea, reliance, local as well as std. except aircel. I made complaint to customer care multiple times. The customer care executives also try to mislead by giving instructions like your handset is having some problem. I tried by another handset also, bt that was not the solution. My complaint ID is 1-[protected]. But not get solution yet. My problem was resolved on 23/3/2010 but only for 1 that day, bt from another day i again faced the same problem. So, I am cheated from aircel. I am frustrated with the poor service. This is the most horrible connection I have taken. Please help me.

Iam from pedapudi, pedapudi mandal, east godavari, andhra pradesh. sir/madem here all network towers are here but aircel not in there. aircel offers is superb but we are not able to utilise the main reason is out of coverage so plz plz take action. sir/medam i have a cell point. so quickly take action. i sell so many aircel sims. last and finally iam saying ur network plus point is offers and minus point is ur network coverage

My mobile no is [protected]. My name id Siddhartha Sankar Paul. It is very busy number. Unfortunately On 27/07/11, I received a message that 65% crossed. but today in my office hrs, suddenly outgoing got stopped without having any prior information. Earlier message was "85% crossed" like that. But now a days the service is so poor to explain. Only for the poor service, today I got a grand loss. Moreover, few days back I had inserted Rs. 98 for AIRCEL GPRS. Now it seems that bill is comming more then earlier why? there is no satisfactory answer neither from the Cell city nor from Customer care. I was having a credit limit or Rs. 1000 but today I came to know that after inserting 98 rupees of GPRS, my credit limit reached upto 1500/- is it true ? if yes then why there was no such information? Such type of anomilies will create havoc to the good customer like me. I use to pay 1000 rs per 15 days (if you analyse the past records) . If you think that I am a valuable customer to you then waiting for your early responce and expect no such problem will occur in near future.

Hi there,

I have taken a new connection. I have given required address proofs (Passport Xerox). I’ve been told to visit your aircel centre and submit again. I don’t want to do this. If you need come and collect from me. I’m ready to give. When I say this your cust care agents they don’t understand and keep on saying what they say. Also there is no politeness in their communication. Your immediate action soughted in this. If you bar my connection I’ll go to consumer forum. Also I doubt whetehr you are using my address proofs to give connection to anti social elements.

Also another complaint: They have taken 30 rs from my account saying I have subscribed for cricket alert. I haven’t asked for this.

I am using Aircel postpaid connection with SMS pack, GPRS etc. I was using trouble free service for past 4 months. Since 24/07/2014 my GPRS is not working between 9.00 pm to 9.00 am. I made a complaint to AIRCEL customer care (121) kept me hold over phone for 44 minutes but did nothing. I walked into AIRCEL office 7 times @ PH Road, kilpauk (Mr.Ramki did good service) Finally I was told that Aircel has withdrawn their GPRS service from Mogappair area. No wonder Aircel perform in this way. I have deactivated GPRS connection. As a manager I have recommended AIRTEL to my HRM further. Try to Improve Aircel
Hi my name is ANANTHAKRISHNAN MAHALINGAM,

I am a aircel customer for 9 years, but i am not happy, because of the poor service.
I was using aircel prepaid service for 7 years and i was not given any offers and now i am using aircel postpaid for two years still the same problem i am facing.
I really feel disappointed, I really got many offers from other service providers but i am dont have any idea to move to other service providers, where i am sentimentally attached to aircel.
But right now i think its time to move on to a different service provider.

I am paying my bills for more than 1500 rupees for each n every month, and i was not given any benefits on calls an in internet pack offers.

And the signal coverage is also poor, where i reported to the customer care - voice, no joy
And i am unable to pay my bills online, "it shows the service is not available for your number"

Each and every time i am getting this difficulty with aircel

I really want to sort out this problem, if not please do inform me i will move to another provider.

**WARNING** Donot use the aircel services.. Neither the service is good nor the customer support.. The telecom service as well as the internet is pathetic. Even after activating 3g the Internet never works. Today I had a worst experience, they activated some services without my knowledge which I came to know once the amount was deducted from my account. When I called customer care (Ubed/Umed the person I spoke to) was so rude and said that you yourself have activated the services. When I said I did not subscribe for any thing, he was so rude and mannerless in answering and said I cant do anything, I[censored] wanna complain go ahead. When I tried to make him understand that I have not subscribed he was not ready to listen infact disconnected my call..
