[Resolved] Aircel Kolkata — Line Deactivation

I bought a prepaid Aircel SIM card and submitted its documents immediately. The connection was working fine for 3 months when suddenly I received a notice of deactivation and was done the following day. On asking Customer Care about the problem, the person said that there was some fault in my documents and immediately disconnected. This was the case, every time i called up. I finally found out that there were no documents for that number. My friend working at Aircel informed me that it could become a Police Case as its impossible for the connection to be active for 3 months without documents. This has become a plague in the city and many people are complaining about it. Please ensure an immediate inquiry is done into the matter. People are loosing money as Aircel doesn't refund SIM card money and the only safe option is to throw it away. Please comment if others are having similar problems. Was this information helpful? On 15.11.2008 but I can't get my connection yet, so i request you to please do something as soon as possible,

I INSERT THE SIM FROM 15.11.2008, BUT STILL NAW IT'S SHOW " SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED " .

HERE NO PROBLEM ON MY MOBILE, BECOS I TRY IT ON MY AIRTEL CONNECTION.

MORE THEN A TIME I COMPLAIN TO KOLKATA CUSTOMER CARE BY PHON([protected]) & BY E-MAIL(care.[protected]@aircel.co.in) ALSO,

BUT THEY ARE TOTALY _ _ _ _ .

SO I HAVE TO COMPLAIN TO YOU FOR GET MY CONNECTION,
IF YOU ALSO CANT DO THIS, THEN I WILL BE LOOKING SOME LEGLE ACTION AGAINST YOU.

Hi,

I have applied for the Aircel Postpaid Connection on October'09 but due to some reasons
I did not get the Connection. And then after I asked for the deposited amount of Rs 500/-, the concerned person told it will get back to you through cheque within 45 days.
But till date I didn't recieved any Cheque and I went to the Aircel Outlet twice in Russel Street, kolkata. But no action has been taken.

i recently availed the service of MNP-mobile number portability and since the transfer of services from tata docomo to aircel i have not been able to use internet on my phone. i have repeatedly complained at the customer care but they have not provided me any help. i must say that aircel customer care is the worst in India.
