I can understand your situation, would suggest you to get the DND service activated. This will block all promo messages and calls which is one cause of these VAS activations. Good luck.

I recharged on a moble number as :-[protected]of rs.125 only. money had deducted from my account (State Bank Of India) but recharge failed. i can see on my account statement that
02-June-2011 TO TRANSFER INB CCavenue Bills Ref No:-CCA11FAUF448IG52992438 TRANSFER TO [protected] AVENUES INDIA PRIVATE amount 125.00
But There is no recharge happened to the above mobile number.
Please help me regarding this issue

My brother have taken aircel connection mob no [protected]i the name o[censored]mashankar kewat, it is used by me (ramnath kewat) i have recharged with Rs.10/- recharge coupen on which talktime of Rs.7/- is mentioned but i got only Rs.6/- , when i call the callcentre 198 (complaint no.) they refuse to provide me the complaint. i have the voucher with me.

I have recharge my mobile([protected])with rs 135( it was an offer 150 in 135)on 10th july 2014 by mobikwik Website but till today I didn't recived my account balance mobikwik has allredy deducted that amount from my bank account. Still I am weating for my balance please help me.

Aircel — Unauthorized charge and no balance after recharging
I have recharged my account directly from my Citi bank account today for 94 rs as I had a non withdrawal balance of 94 Rs. As soon as I did it I received a message stating" Your account has been credited with RS.0.00!!!"It was for an urget mattes and Now I can't even call customer service too as they charge for the call...This is pathetic. This is not my first expeience from Aircel.
I got a promotional call few moths back for music service. As soon as I came to know it is a promo call, I disconnected it. But I got a message stating, "The service has been activated" and they took off rs.30 from My account. I called customer service and made a acomplained. The operator said the money will be credited back after 24 hrs. but nothing happened...Be Careful when u get a promo call"
They are going to charge you for just receving the call"
Let me go and check for my Rs94 now...
