My name is Venkataswara Reddy, , From Balabadharapuram 533343, it is a village in East Godavari in A.P..
We are facing a lotof signal problem in my village, because we had no AIR CELL tower. All of our villagers are using AIRTEL since many years but still AIRTEL NETWORK COMMUNICATION is not understanding our problems in networking. We are missing a lot of opertunites because of your carlessness on your costmers. This is the second time we are complating you. We can change our network but we are thinking
about the changing of numbers..
You must & should have to understand the problem of your costmers.

i purchased a airtel sim about 2months ago.the service was ok till 1month but on the 26th of feb my outgoing service was barred and after a few days even the incoming service.when i contacted the customer care they told me that the papers i submitted were not correct.they even told me that i can reactivate my service by submitting the right papers.but my problem is that, its almost 1 month till now and i want to know whether i can still reactivate my service with the same number??

Your dealer did not given me proper answer and service. He is telling that he can't serve to the customers whom's SIM was blocked by the company.He observe sales only. I have already given signed application, latest photoes, ID proofs of voter ID and also PAN card xerox with top clarity on 08.10.10.to him. He did not gave any acknowledgement to me for that. he told that company not directed like that. He sent that file on 11.10.10. Even though to day 18.10.10 my sim is not in life. In this situation what I have to do ? I am the favour of Airtel. From the beginning iam the subscriber of this company. Is your dealer not having minimum courtesey or respect about the customer. He talked like a monorch, just like M.D. of the company. He is having harsh minded, head strong, proud, irrespect of others. My heart is questioning me to why should we continue in this irresponsible company ? There are so many companies network is available. Probably You will not have any loss with out my subscriptin. If everybody feel like this, what it will be ? I lilke to continue in your network. Please take necessary action regarding this matter. So I request you to please provide my incoming and outgoing services as early as possible. I submitted all adequate documents 10 days before. Dealer is telling resubmit at headquarters again or do what you can.

Dear Sir I'm an Airtel retialer of Dravidian university - Kuppam, Chittoor District. I do nearly 75, 000 Rs Business per month. But the dealer is not supporting and giving lot of problems. By delaying the eload. I have already complained about the issue to Mr. Hari([protected]) Chittoor zone Rep. The dealer says "if your willing do the business and not then leave it". Students complaints that if we are not able to provide the recharge then they will shift to another network. But no action was taken till now my er mobile numbers are [protected] and [protected]. I'm not satisfy the airtel network, because it's services will start automatically like as cricket alerts and gaming alerts without permission of customer and it's charge 30 rupees from me. I submitted documents in airtel office to port in airtel from idea. But before 7 days idea has stopped his servises and airtel is not providing his facility……….

My connection no is [protected]. On going through the different features of the handset, a subscription charge of rs 5 is getting activated even without my knowledge. for subscription video parlour service from airtel. There is no link to cancel or confirm the details with us. Now i am roaming and will on calling the Cust. care for AP on [protected], the calls are being disconnected without any resolution of the complaint.
This is a customer unfriendly and unfair practice by airtel and i will be taking my complaint to Other channels if same is not resolved immediately.Balu Nagaraj, 6/09/2011

My AIRTEL no. is [protected]. i had faced intence angry with customercare no.121. it does n't connects me to customercare Executive since past one month. we feel so sad about your service.i recharge today Rc 50/- i received Rs. 41.50/- after 2 mins i checked balance is Rs.10.76/-, but i din't have any value added services.Please take some action immediately and let me know what about reaming balance.

I PROBLEM WITH THE AIRTEL PREPAID A.P OF FOURTH TIME. I PURCHASED A SIM NO.[protected], FOR 2G NET IN OCT, 2012. BUT 2G PLAN AMT WAS RAISED. AND I PUT IN SEPARATED TO 15DAYS. THE 18TH DAY I WAS URGENT CAL TO MY FRIENDS, HIS NO. WAS BSNL AND STD CALL. BUT THE AMT CUTTING WAS LOCAL AND STD Rs.1.00 PER MINUTE, AND ONLY AIRTEL IN A.P., WAS CUTTING PAISE PER SECOND. I ASK THE SIM SELLER SHOP BUT NOT NOW THEY HAVE TAKEN NO RESPONSE FROM THE DEALER SIM SALES BOY AND DISTRIBUTOR SIM SALES BOY.
I PAY FOR SIM AMT IS Rs.20 AND Rs.2 TO ONE SECOND CALL, Rs.25 FOR RECHARGE AMT, THOSE TAKEN BY SIM SELLER BOY.
