On4th April,my previous inter net validity.expired.On 5th morning 8am i requested to stop my mobile inter net, sense to my mobile no my[protected],and subsequently the customer care person assured,and they sent the message,stating my problem been resolved.....at that time my Main balance was rs 101/..
Unfortunately ,my main balance slowly draining.Again i contacted customer care.the .same answer,,,when my balance still reduced,,,same request,sent, but no proper salvation.....the next day my main balance brcome in*zero* ,again i contacted,Mr Dimness tech supervisor,attended, some how he understand the problem.and he stopped inter net service,but he never settled my lost amount.Now i Demand you ,in this issue,purely your negligence,and lack of technical personalities handle this matter,for which i became victim.Hence ,,Return my lost account Rs 100/ to my mobile,main account,..immediately.

AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — Re-installation of Digital TV.
Dear Sir,My customer ID is - [protected]. I have been relocated from Chennai to Mumbai. The de-installlation at Chennai was carried out on 26th Sep'09 and the re-installation was slated to be carried out at Mumbai on 5th Oct'09 for which the service request number was 5577050. In this regard I have made at least 10 calls to the customer care and each time I was given a date and time during which the installation engineer would have reported to my address for carrying out the said installation. The other service requests are 1189658 & 1195088.
Till date the same has not been carried out. May I request the concerned people involved to do the same urgently !
