I want info. about validity recharge for 1yr. and getting talk time in that.
what is the outgoing call rates WILL MY FRIENDS SCHEME REMAIN AS IT IS ie. ( from 10.00 pm to 8.00 am & 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm A TO A 0.10 paise )
i enquire about this in Airtels Aunth, Pune but i m not getting more info. from there.
pls let me know as early as possible.

I have contact on Airtel 121 customer service but here no voice from other side. I don't know where to contact.

My complaint is that I have a lifetime plan of Airtel and from last 3 months the Airtel is deducting Rs. 20 every months for background music from my balance, inspite of the fact that i have neither opted for any such sheme nor any background music be being provide by them. The last message I got from the no. 543214 and the last message was received on14 sep. 2008.

I would like to inform you that I am using prepaid connection of Airtel Limited vide mobile no [protected], but I am very sorry for the saying that I have a problem in using your service, I.e. Rs. 1.5 reduce per day from our account for your Rs .60 paisa per local charge, but I wish to deactivate this service so I was contact to your customer care executive on one month back then he was asking me that send a SMS “APL D” to 200/55200 and I was send it but there is no response received from your end, again I was contact to your customer care executive 10 or 15 times but there is no solution found till date.
So you are requested to please do the needful in this regards.

Hi,

My mobile no is [protected] using airtel from past 2 years postpaid connection.

The service was good before but it is the worst service provide
from past 5 days I am trying customer care 121 but not able to go through line disconnects. No one is answering
I enabled gprs but it is not working and they are charging me but there is no one to look into it and rectify.
Multiple complaints lodged but no gain.

Airtel is on a verge to looose its customerssss.

one important thing means i am not interest your Special Messages, Tones, sms packs so please do not sent sms in my mobile. if you send massage i go for consumer court.
FOR LAST 10 DAYS I HAVE BEEN CALLING AT 121 BUT THEY ARE NEGLECTING BY COMPLIAN ABOUT DEACTIVATION OF NEWS PACK SERVICE .SO IT IS MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO DEACTIVATE THE PACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

I got Airtel's GPRS service (Airtel Live) activated in morning today at my handset 6111 bearing connection no. [protected]. When I tried to open the site www.gmail.com to log in my e-mail account, it could not be opened. I contacted service executives a number of times and followed the instrutions given by them. The problem could not be solved and is still persisting. Is there any body in the Company to really care the customers and see why is not my mail account being reached at by me?

My problem is that iam allready using from prepaid.can I change
same number prepaid to postpaid. iam infromed airtel office in tirupathi{thilakroad}.but he did not no responce.iam infrom date is 03.10.2008 till date is 07.10.08. .{prepaid outgoing is disconecting date is 04.10.08}.
pls activation my postpaid connection immediatly.iam very suffering. airtel custmoer care office staff is very very bad service. so u pls responce for me. thanq.

The SMS was "Rs. 46 ke recharge par paaiye 40 ka talktime aur poore 3 mahino ki validity, chota rechargebada fayada (88days validity+40 Rs. 48hrs mein milenge)"
But still i am not getting any such validity of 3 month as well as balance of Rs40.
Reply me for the same on my mobile no. as above.

from last 2 days i am trying to call customer care no either due to range problem it automatically gets ended or or in bet it ends automatically.n even if it gets connected with someone he or she will always say we are trying to solve ur problem but rt now server is down so pls cal after half an hour.we dont have call back facility.we are sorry for ur inconvenience.Range galti se milti hai milti bhi hai to ghulti jaldi hai.awaj to thik se ati nahi call bhi katata hai kya karu janab.samne wala sun nahi pata aur hum hello karte karte call karte rahe.har min bad cal jumping to hogihi aur clearity ki wat lagegi..yahi hai bharti airtel ka wada
