AirTel — No answer in customer care

I have many time complain in customer cair & airtel Point. But no solution . we comment talk to senior officer but no replly.

Hi,
I'm having a Prepaid Airtel Connection. My mob. no is [protected].
1. I have received a SMS from your end to get tTarrif for 4 months at the cost of Rs. 198 /-for three month validity on 23 Jan 2009.
2. the above facility was continued till 6 Feb 2009 and I'm getting call concessional charges on my mobile. After 6 Feb 2009 I was surprised to note that the facility of above mobile has been withdraw from your end. The matter was well referred on your customer care service by the dealer of the above services to your attending representative Sri Santosh, as per his advice ( rudely) that anything cannot be done in that matter, you can do whateverver you like.The above matter was again reported to your executive Mr. Jitendra, centred at Lucknow and he has advice that the matter was solved up 26/02/2009. The validity of the tariff was extended upto 15/05/2009 as per advised of Mr Jitendra but the excess amount charged on my local and STD call for the period was not refunded to me, for which I'm not responsible.
3. I have received a call for your customer care centre by Ms. Suman that your validity is extended upto 16/05/2009 but for enquiring about excess charges made by your company due to error from your end will not be refunded and you can do anything from your end.
4. The attitude of reply of your representative was shocked me and I have no path to except to file complain against you to TRAI and Consumer Forum with full compensation and you'll be responsible for the same.
Seeking your valued support on the matter urgently.

Dear Sir/ Madam

i am a Post Paid Customer of Airtel Mobile Services & they said i am one of them Most Valuable Costomer

for that Reason they send me lots of Discount Coupons(around 30-35), with diffrent type of discount - diffrent diffrent place -like 10%, 15%...etc

when i use one of them Coupan, on dt: 10th march 09, at one of them Mentioned Restaurant, they clearly refuse that coupans & that time i feel very bad Insult

i Already asking to Airtel ...what is that...how can do that kind of Insulty of their coustomer, on dt: 10th March 09, with Complaint Reference No. 2095618

they said just sory, is this ok..??

i want Compensation against that bad Insulting, they have to pay my 5 months bill or 50000/- panalty.

Plz forward that very Serious Matter

Hi,

I am having the pune mobile no [protected].
When i recharge that number from hyderabad from a Airtel Outlet shop i got the amount of Rs/- 35 with recharge of Rs/- 55. After one minute i tried to check the balance by typing *123# then the system is displaying the amount 0.78 paisa.

Can anyone suggest me on the same.
I called @121 Airtel customer care, no one received my call.I am unsatisfied with this service.

I was using airtel delhi postpaid [protected] and now i shifted to uttarakhand .
Its almost 20days over i had talk ( many time ) with customer care executve regarding the disconteuation of my services but its still alive.
