we wish to make this complaint in respect of your airtel services abroad...

..your pjifond office goa, told us that when we carried the prepaid mobiles with airtel nos..we would be able to receive calls nd be debitted rs.100/ a minute nd for text messages it would be charged at rs 25/for both receiving nd sending messages..based on this we had topped up our airtel nos given above.

accordingly when we left goa on 23rd june 2009, we had topped up our airtel prepaid nos...[protected] and [protected]as we were proceeding to australia on a 2 month vacation...to our utter dismay on reaching kuala lumpur malaysia we couldnt receive calls or send txt messages..we were totally cut off from my relatives who were anxious about us as we are sr.citizens..

besides this we have been debitted for 2 incoming calls made by airtel to [protected]..please immediately arrange to credit the amount of rs 200/ to this no..

also pleaee set right the problem ..we are most dissatisfied and disgusted with your abroad.

we dont wish to recieve any of you promo messages as we are being debitted rs 25/ for each message.

please immediately look into the matter.

Airtel fuked me! Fuk airtel blog campaighn will start to give some lessons to the monster! Even after collecting cash and cheque they blocked my service! What can i do! When asked i am said that their servers in Chennai were down and the whole day i am without their service!

Since Last 2 yrs I using AIRTEL service. Last week I get call from Airtel customer care(HEmani-[protected]) she told me Caller tune is absolutely free. I asked for any hidden cost is their? She told 100% free. Then I suggest to assign caller tune. Next day I got sms, in which mentioned 20 Rs. will get cut & 20 Rs. get reduced. I try to all above number but no one attending. This is discusting. I disappointed with AIRTEL service.--.

I heve no complan but I am veymuch impressed to take a prepaid connection of Airtel, I am staying in kolkata. I want to know new scheme on prepaid connection like what is the advantages from airtel to airtel mobile. So kindly reply my answere through my e-mail as early as possible.

I have Airtel data Card, the plan selected was Rs 599/- UNLIMITED INTERNET USE AND BROWSING. the bill for first 3 months was OK i.e. 599/- + Taxes, suddendly for the month of July it was Rs 2100/-. I have gone to all Airtel Galleries near by and the Shop who sold the data card but of no use. The bill is not reversed till date also several e-mails have been send but the reply for decission is still pending.

The company knows I cannot afford the Case in Consumer Court. What should be my course of action.
