[Resolved]  Airtel — Yahoo Zone

I got a messa ge on my mobile from 5843 saying yahoo subscription is due on 22 march and charges rs. 30. I neevr activated this service, when i called airtel support centre they people told me to browse yahoo zone on net and de-activate it. which is not easy for me.

My number is [protected].I want to unsubscribe from Yahoo Zone. I have complained to the customer care about this.The matter is not getting solved.Every month it deduct some money from my account.Please deactivate the service.Thank you.

The same problem. They are deducting Rs. 30 every month. Its very difficult to unsubscribe. Through net i got information to send message as YUNSUB to 58243 but it also does not work( atleast till yet). Here all the time "message failed" information comes.

it already 3-months i am calling them & writting sms to customer care- 121, for stopping yahoo zone service from my mobile-[protected], but with no effect.
still they are taking month rent for this service! which is Rs. 30/month.

This is hitech stealing/robbery - what do u think?

My Friend This one kind of cheating stealing money from customers not only you almost every user of airtel prepaid mobile are cheated by this service i too victim of this even 2 days back i have charged for 30 rs without any reason, i was complaining to 121 cc but they are replieng very cleverly, now we all should boycot this blody airtel, i am seeking for consumer court help i have decided not leave them, be aware of AIRTEL... now first you have to unsubscribe it, call 121 and ask them, or type this YUNSUB and send it to 58243 you will be charged 3RS.

We must flush mail to these official ids to get a responce : [protected]@airtelindia.com, aji.[protected]@bharti.com, coo'soffice.[protected]@bharti.com

We should not let them enjoy with our stolen money...

this is an airtel prepaid customer from mumbai this a big problem, they must be really taken to the consumer court i have been charged 30 Rs for last two months n this is the third time i recieved this message i m fed up of this, no use of messaging to58243 n typing YUNSUB it wont work . its all fake

Please unscribe me from Yahoozone and stop takingout money from my phone account. This is unfair on your part as you are deducting amount without further permission i.e. autorenewal .my No. is [protected]

I am not sure but from last several months I am getting charge of Rs.30 on my Airtel postpaid. I have not subscribe but if I am subscribe accidentaly then there shld be provision to unsubscribe easily.

When I call Customer service they not at all able to help. They have no idea. I am still getting charge on my mobile and there is no way to unsubscribe.
