Airtel — unwanted sms

I want to unsubscribe from AD 54321 sms. I never subscribed for it and automatically my balance reduces every day. Please help me as soon as possible. My airtel prepaid number is [protected]

Airtel — Disappear of currency

Dear Airtel concerned,

On monday 23rd June 2008, we have added currency into our prepaid airtel no.[protected] for Rs.30/-. The next day when we want make a call we could not, because no currency available. And when we checked with *123#, the balance was showing 0 (zero).

I think now a days these problems are more coming up, as iam hearing from most of my friends an d colleagues.

I would like to have my currency back into my cell no.[protected] which is a prepaid lifetime incoming facility.

Need reply soon, latest by today evening.

Airtel — rubbish behaviour of staff/manager

i hold mobile no. [protected] of bharti airtel ltd.,
in the city rajkot, state gujarat ... India.

As I no more required the above mobile connection.

I approached its office situated at

Dhebar Road, Rajkot (Gujarat-India)

The staff especially Ms. Jagruti enquired a lot about the same
and demanded non-required documents (photographs ...
ration card ... driving licence ... ) she asked for 5 photographs.
It is known by everyone that cancellation of mobile never
requires photograph ... and ms. jagruti demanded 5 photographs ... I did submited her all the demanded documents ... I just don’t know what airtel staff will do with my documents. what will they do with my 5 photographs ??? what will they do with my ratio card and driving licence copy which is not at all required for cancellation of the phone ??? only one id proof, sim card and an application is required to cancel the mobile connection. Please just let me know what will be done with my submitted documents ??? also they denied to provide a no due letter in spite of my clearing all the bill & usage payment till the date …. ???

Debit card — un-wanted msgs

here i m Asha Gualti, i have an ac. in icici bank from last month ([protected] ) this is my debit card no. an even i had never ever use it.

bt the problem is that ki stil i have recevied some un wanted msgs of trangection from another customer from last 7-8 months. some time it sud be msjayshree banergi or somebody else there is no no. bt i had always received 10-12 msgs daily. i had allready complaint in ur fbd branch, there is no response.
so pls stop this all un wanted msgs in my mobile no. b'cos its not my tranjections witch i had received daily my no is [protected].
msg exm; ( yoy have made adebit card purchaseof INR 722.00 on 7th aug. info:VPS* BHOJPURI M. your avbl bal is INR 25, 332.46.)
these kind of msgs i have received n now i m fad from all theses nonsence so pls stop all these things as soon as possible. & just corect it with that persons con no.

sir my self deepak, as i gifted airtel sim to my father because it has fast sevice and good signal quality, but since 18th june my father has been charged Rs.15 so many times, we have complaint to customer care and they always told " all packs are now deactivated, after that no balance will deduct" but sir then also my balance get deducted. till i have charged more than Rs. 90.
plz refund our valuable balance sir.

Airtel — automatically 3 Rupees Reduce for receiving SMS

the thing is that im registering a complaint at a costomer care i.e 121 but im not getting any response from there side. the complaint is that im receiving a sms regarding a promotional adds for that reducing 3 rupees from my account

if you have registered a complaint to 121 and you didn't got any response from there side.
then i will suggest you to register one more complaint toll free no.- 198 from your airtel no.
and take your complaint no. form this no.I hope your problem will be solve within 3 days.
I am constantly gettign unwanted SMS from airtel and its fellow advertisers.despite of continous mails alongwith the details of the sms being sent to airtel nothing has happened untill now.
I am already registered with Do-Not-Call-Registry in the year 2007 but still there is no action being taken by airtel in this regard.Everytime they are giving fake promises.

I request you to please take strict action against AIRTEL in this regard which keeps annoying the subscribers with all those unwanted ads as SMS'es despite that the subscriber is already registered in DND registry.

I agree with your point. Its not only with Airtel. Certain other MSP's do the same. This instructions should strictly come from TRAI.

I am constantly getting various advtmts. thru SMSes from Airtel, though I have already registered with NDNC on 27/ Aug / 2007 ref. no. F [protected]. When contacted the customer care, an assurance has been given that the matter will be looked after and will be solved in 15 days. And it has been solved but just for one week and they have started sending the SMSes again. It is really very annoying to receive unwanted messages and that too sometimes the same messages three to four times a day...

Please do look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest.

Hi to all those who have got unwanted SMS and their balance has been deducted for Matrimony etc.
I heard this AWESOME anecdote how to get back at them. One of my friend's friend went to the Airtel gallery. Took out a nail clipper from his pocket, cut the cord of the complaint telephone reciever and quietly left the shop. He left a note on the fone saying that he will continue doing this until airtel stops sending those unwanted SMS. I think that if everyone starts doing this, Airtel will lose more money than what they are earning. What an awesome 'IDEA', pun intended!

Airtel — registered for do not disturb, calls and sms are now resumed after 1 year

I have registered 2 years ago with do not disturb for Airtel prepaid. Now since the last 2 days they are calling and sending multiple SMS. Why did they suddenly resume this rude intrusion into my service?

I the undersigned is using your prepaid mobile ([protected]) from last 5 years. Unfortunately during last 45 days I am being disturbed by the SMS of Cricket Score from Airtel. I have requested to stop this SMS on the same day(ie.45 days back) Till
Date no action is taken on this. It is surprising me that NO ACTION FROM AIRTEL REGARDING THIS.

During this period of 45 days Rs 3/day(Rs135) has been deducted from my balance.

I request you to kindly look in to the matter & let me have the happiness o[censored]sing our Airtel services.
