[Resolved]  Airtel GPRS — GPRS Problem

I am from ludhiana & I am using Airtel GPRS. I recharged my no. by Rs. 98 on 22-June-2010 for using the GPRS service.
From the very first day i couldn't get sufficient speed, even it is not possible to operate even google & connectivity was also very bad. So I called Airtel technical helpline for assistance, there I was told that my complaint has been registered (complaint no.[protected] & it will be solved before 27 June, 2010.
Then I again called the helpline on 27th june & informed about the matter, Then the executive Mr. Jaspreet told me that my previous complaint was closed due to some reasons & He put new complaint (Complaint no.- [protected]) & said that if it would not solved till 2 july then you get refund for the same. When I called on 2 july I was rudely attended by them & they said that you were using it everyday, no matter what the speed or connectivity is, so you cannot get the refund & do whatever you can.
I was using the service only to check that weather the service was working properly or not that is why in 13 days, I had used hardly 100 MB from 2000 MB which was given in the pack of 30 days. I can show the usage.
Airtel is harassing me by giving bad service & not refunding my money. Please help me.

AirTel — Gprs Billing

I was using mobile office gprs wherein i was awarded 100 mb free for 399 bugs monthly but beyond that the scheme says some 10 kb 10 ps or 5 ps something which exceeds beyond the limit and i received a bill of 3500.. My regret is that for prepaid customers they provide unlimited usage with 7 or 15 rs daily den why are post paid customers given this step brotherly treatment...

AirTel — GPRS

Though i have deactivated my GPRS service yet they r deducting Rs.25 from my balance.

I am liking airtel because of his good services.but airtel reduces 250 rs almost within 6 months and the reason is value added pack but I didnot suscribe any pack.please pay attention on my request.my mobile number is [protected].

Airtel GPRS — Hopeless customercare

I'm using Airtel GPRS for the last one year on my PC and now I wanted to use it on my cell. For this purpose I bought a SEGAM E-90 and tried to access Internet but failed. When I contacted the gprs customercare at 12121 on 21/5/2008 at 8.05 pm the person kept me on hold till 8.11 pm and disconnected without any solutions. I called 12121 again at 8.12 pm and the lady attending my call suggested me to contact personally the nearest Airtel Office to solve the problem which is about 50 kms from my place. What is wrong with Airtel GPRS? Why there are these non technical persons in the customercare?

Airtel — problem in activating gprs

i am madhurendra kr pandey from nit jsr. i am using airtel prepaid.i want to activate my gprs.
one month before i called to customare care of airtel to activate it. i called more than 10 calls to customare care but my account is not activated. after that there was some problem in my mobile.
thats why i gave it to nokia centre..

before 5 days i called to customare care to activate my gprs. but they told that your account is activated
but i can not access it . and my balance is also not cut. i am facing lot of problem due to this..

the customer care did not give any importance to my calls. and didn't give any informationabout that.

Airtel GPRS Mobile Internet Complaints - GPRS connectivity problem!

I purchased a new airtel connection prepaid in June 01 particularly for GPRS Mobile internet. recently from fifteen days i am unable to connect to GPRS as normally as my colleagues do. I don't know if it is a problem with sim or network. I had filed 5 complaints against the same in airtel 121, but no response. I had visited airtel outlet number of times but no improvements. They have simply looted my money in the name of monthly rent. when i will browse the response comes as "The servers response timeout.".so please solve my problem as possible as immediate.

I m the regular user of AIRTEL. i m using GPRS through AIRTEL. For the last 15 days GPRS is not functioning in my Network Area. I had called customer care so many times but no solution has yet provided by them. Now Airtel stopped listening & suggesting to send SMS. I have sent 30 SMS against my Complain. But GPRS problem remains the same. For that i need the customer care service. But the service is not enabled from some days. Now its became to difficult to access net for me.
Airtel provide very bad service!

Airtel — UNABLE TO ACCESS GPRS ON MY CELL

I HAVE TOLD CUSTOMER CARE TO ACTIVATE GPRS ON MY NUMBER [protected] ON 29 SEPTEMBER.
BUT I CANT ACCESS ON MY CELL PHONE, EVEN IF THE SETTINGS HAVE BEEN SAVED.
CUSTOMER CARE HAVE TOLD THAT GPRS IS ACTIVATED BUT NO RESULTS. MY BALANCE ABOVE 300.
SO PLEASE DO SOME THING IMMEDIATLY.

AirTel — new problem in gprs

from past few days i am experiencing this problem while using airtel gprs...whenever i try to connect it i get a error saying network busy, so i have to keep the phone down for nearly five mins and reconnect again then it connects, if i disconnect the conn and try to reconnect nearly after 15 mins i get the error again so i have to wait again a few minutes and reconnect..this keeps going on & on..so even though i am able to use the service, its just troubling me too much...& the speed is very poor..i never ever used to get such low speeds..

[protected] but GPRS not working & only web page opening in Mobile set, I have complain many time to customer care executive but he has ignore and told me the services have already activated on your mobile and thenafter the customer care service close on my no. This is not happening 1st time, this is a big networking services in India, I am very hopeless for behaviour of customer care executive.

Please, activate GPRS services on my mobile no for using GPRS services on PC.

My mobile no. is [protected], i have activate GPRS service on 2/2/09 at 11:am but i am still not connect to the internet today 3/2/09. I am trying to call your toll free number but i am getting no response from there.Please solve my problem.
I have recharged with air tel gprs rs 374 plan on 27/02/09 but its still not activated, i have rs 34 balance in my account, when i try to open the web pages i am losing money from my balance amount, could you send me the details of rs 374 gprs plan.
my no is [protected] i have NOP connection and i amfrom bengal circle, now i cant get access net from kalyani (kolkata circle) please solve the problem.

please discontinue immediately your 'daily rental GPRS pack'
which has been erroneously requested today to activate on my mobile No.[protected]
and u have debited me Rs.10/-

Airtel GPRS — I AM NOT GETTING SIGNAL

I HAVE RECHARGE WITH RS104. FOR NOP GPRS SERVICES.BUT I CANT USED NOT ASINGLE DAYS FOR INTERNATE SERVICES.AIR TEL CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE SAYS THAT CLREARED WITHIN TWO WORKING DAYS.BUT AFTER 15 DAYS TILL IT NOT CLEARED FOR NETSERVICES .I HAVE CALLED TWO TIMES PER DAY THATS WHY THEY HAD BARRED MY CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER.I CANT SPEAK TO CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER
