[Resolved] Airtel — Poor Service and very poor quality | |||
I have purchase new connection using online payment option dated 8.10.2011 having customer ID [protected]. The quality of Picture is very very poor. All channel are giving distorted pictures ( Distortion & Little Boxes and snow ) I am using sony LCD TV 32BX320. I called service engineer so many times and also file a complaint at 12150 having complaint no.[protected] But no body visited my place . I called dealer, he told me that you have purchased though online, we will not give you service. Our duty is just to install the dish, Jahan se aapne purchase ki hai complaint bhi wahin karo. Today is 9.10.2011, second day, I called customer care for refund, they are not ready. Know what to do. but stil waiting for your installation team i live on rent in jagadhri, i dont have whole day to wait for your installation team, i do have there no but no one is picking the phone, if this type of service is provided by your service agents and local dealer as your local dealer is not taking any responsibility.
and now i feel like cheated as dealer has not given any receipt or customer id and also not ready to return the cash. if this is your service before i have started using it i don't need any of your further services and need my cash return or in other case i have to apply for customer forum. regarding my complain.
