Airtel Koramangala Outlet -Worst in the World

I'm highly dissatisfied with Airtel Koramangala (Bangalore) outlet. There is no need for such an outlet at all.

* They make you wait like hell to pay your bills to address your issues.
* When you make a payment they don't provide you the bill. At the end you will be surprised to get a call from airtel customer service and tell you that your payment has not been posted. No matter how long you wait or argue you will either have to repay the bill to continue the service or throw away the stupid connection, as I did.

BEWARE OF AIRTEL KORAMANGALA ( OPP TO SHANTI SAGAR ) THEY 'LL CHEAT YOU AND MAKE YOUR LIFE MISERABLE. ALWAYS ASK FOR BILL OR MAKE PAYMENT IN SOME OTHER OUTLET.

I too agree with the pathetic service of this Koramangala Outlet. I was told that the new cell phone connection will be activated in 4hrs time. I submitted all the documents and also paid additonal Rs 50 which they said need for some notry services. No bills for these.
So far it has been more that 24hrs and the service is not activated. Wheever I call customer care tell that they have no clue about it.

The people at this outlet mainly muslims seems to be cheaters. Be careful.

They are making hell out of things for owner ship transfer from my name to my wife name.I visited 4 four times there and the number got disconnected permanently. Because of these kind of services, I am loosing faith on Airtel. When I call to customer, they ask to visit the out let. In the out let, hundreds of people get queued up. They show more interest on payments. Nothing more on any thing else.I advice people not to visite this out let and waste their time.

I too share the same opinion. This is the worst customer care outlet i have ever been to and i dont think it cant be more worse. They treat you like shit. I went there for postpaid to prepaid migration (thanks to the hopeless postpaid schemes) . They took some 7k from me saying that i was amidst a bill cycle and i have to pay the unbilled amount or something.I paid everything, they gave me a sim and said that my new prepaid sim would go live in 7 days. Its been a frustrating 3rd week and nothing has changed. Except that i just called the customer care for the 8th time querying about this. And the customer care "executives" recommend i visit the office where i gave my application. They want me to travel from Trivandrum to Bangalore for this...Can this be more worse. Oh yea, everytime they promise a call back.. I donno if they ever know what a callback is. because when they say they will callback in 24hours.. i wait for 24 hours and on realising that nothing has happend, i "call them back" again.

Such a frustrating experience dealing with Airtel. Really Really frustrating...
