I want to disconnect my Airtel landline connection and internet connection. I have previously lodged an application, on phone, but no action has been taken yet by Airtel company.

Non Activation of International Roaming

I am a postpaid customer of Airtel India having cell connection # +91 [protected]. I had requested for activation of International Roaming by sending sms AIR to 121on 23-10-08.
I again called on 30-10-08 at 1753 hrs to reconfirm activation of International roaming.
Now at Dubai when I switched on my cell phone, I reallised that my Internationa roaming facility has not been activated and I am left with no connection.

Disconnection of Service inspite of bill payment.

I have a Post pay account with Airtel for the past year. not able to contact customer care service center

i tried many times to contact customer care service center but didn't able to contact them, i have activated my airtel prepaid phone by 21st july 2008 and then i tried many times to contact them but every time i was getting response through voice mail that recharge your card even i have recharged the same three times.so i feel your voice mail service giving wrong instruction so could you please help me for the same.

i top up my airtel mobile no.[protected] with Rs 350 from sbi ATM and i got only Rs 20 only and 365 days validity.but top up should not give validity and should add talk time only.

Very poor customer service and responsiveness

Sir/Madam,

I am Shiva Jain(+91-[protected]) resident of A-41, Padmanabh Nagar Bhopal want to complaint for Airtel broadband customer service. The people are really very careless and I dont know how this company is getting business. I spoke to sales executive Akhil (+91-[protected]) and filled-up all the required forms and gave him Rs.400/- as initial charges, he further promised me to make the connection up within 3-4 days...

Airtel GPRS and 121 service

Dear sir,
My name is Manohar kumar. i want GPRS-Mobile Office service on my no.[protected]
so, i called Airtel 24H Customer Executive on 121.
I give him the request and he said, it will happen in 24Hour. but its one month gone my request not completed yet. i called Airtel 121 again and again between the month. and till now it's not completed. i request again but that will not completed yet. what i do please help?...

Hi,

I have been recharged my cell no [protected] from one of your agent for Rs 60 twice on 29th October 2008 but i got recharge of Rs. 60 only once and for another (balance) Rs. 60 it is pending till today.

We have always paid our bills in time.Recently, a month back they applied a rule of credit limit of Rs 1000.We had asked cr lt of Rs 1000 many months back but it was not applied & for many months we have been paying bills much beyond Rs 1000/=Suddenly just at the time of DIWALI, AIRTEL had cut our connection saying bill is beyond Rs 1000/=though our due date was still many days away.

NON RCPT OF EBILLS AND WRONG LATE PAYMENT CHARGES

automatic activation of caller tune without any request

airtel is providng a very bad service. i have not requested any caller tune but it is automatically activated to my phone([protected]) and deducting unneccesary monthly charges.
