[Resolved]  Airtel — Plan committed by sales team different from plan offered

We received CUG plans, it was given by Airtel sales person named Shashi.
The plan which was offered to us was "Airtel Special Value 199 CUG Plan"
But the plan which was set is "Super Saver 199 CUG Plan"
They gave around 40 connections and some connections had the problem.
After the first month bill, two connections was changed but we had to pay the bill.
Now the second month bill has been generated, but the plan has not changed yet, for the following numbers.
The numbers are:

[protected] (Jayakumar)
[protected] (Prashil)
[protected] (Jayakumar)
[protected] (Sahitya Peda)

We have escalated the complain to maximum level, but we do not get any response.
When we try to call the following numbers, who are the managers they do not pick the call.
1. Name of the executive: Deepak(deepak.[protected]@in.airtel.com, [protected]) , Shashi([protected])
2. Contact number of the executive: Shashi([protected]@bluebirdz.com,[protected])
3. Location of the airtel Relationship Centre/ location from where the connection was procured : Nandi durga Road(ndr) , executive :vijay([protected]),Manager :krishna bhushan and Bhargav([protected])
6. Alternate Mobile Number and Preferable Time of contact: +91 [protected](Prashil)

Airtel — Monthly Bill plan

Without my permission Airtel has changed my monthly bill plan form Rs.50/- to Rs.298/-.

I want my earlier plan. kindly change my monthly bill plan to Rs.50/-
i want my bill on my emial adrees.

AirTel — No Offer

Dear all.. i'm using Airtel for the past 5 years.. network is very superb.. But they giving very very less offers.. While Tata DOCOMO came to tamilnadu. at that time time they giving many offers..then DOCOMO not reached that level.. so all are using Airtel.. So they came as it is.. NO OFFERS!!! ..STD are very high cost compared to other network. I think they are cheating us.. so try to avoid... we can go to other network. Now they announce Diwali offer 301 for 301 full talktime.. in this offer rich peoples only recharge.. what about middle class and low class..

AirTel — no offer from Airtel

i have been using Airtel connection for a long time.i am very thankful to Airtel for giving excellent services and offers in my past days.but at the moment something went wrong somewhere. it means now a days i am not happy with their services. its long time since i got any good offers from their side. i dont know what happend to such a good reputed company like Airtel.if it is going like this i am sure that everybody will change their connection.it will happen soon.

if i am talking about their customer care service this page wont be enough. now a days some executives are attending the calls . infact they dont know what Airtel is giving for cusomters. they are leading into trouble.and also they are giving wrong informations.its rediculous.

please give updates about Airtel and services to the executives who works in customer care.i dont have the habbit of blaming any1 but i am compelled to register the naked truth. this is not blaming but i am tellling the truth

Bharti Airtel — New Connection

New connection was taken on 16/02/2011 but still it is not activeted and their exucatives are not responding to call. List of exucatives and their contact numbers are

Sales Agent [protected].

Please tell me the procedure for filing the complaints.

Bharti Airtel Limited — New Connection

It’s like harassment if company is not able to provide services than why not come straight forward with the same statement? Why company use to waste others time, if Airtel is not having option to provide number as discussed earlier than we can spend out time with other service provider for particular number, if company use to be straight forward than it could save our & company’s own precious time.

It’s ok if company is not able to do something as consumer said for, but please next time never mark someone in queue, we know m/s Bharti Airtel Limited is being famous to not resolve the complaints but we were not being aware that existing customers cannot get same number in new series also.

Well Ms. Rekha Kesharwani & Ms. Hemlata Airtel Presence Officers, thanks as you wasted our time by assuring us for call back & being disappear, next time never do this again with anyone else otherwise trust would not come at Airtel anymore whatever trust remains now.

Mr. Rakesh Kumar please keep this thing accepted now that you peoples who belongs to presence are not for doing anything and this is just only t show like company is listening, as rekha kesharwani, hemlata, and other so many officers are not able to resolve a simple issue of new connection [protected], we get to know that you people would not do anything thats why we had started to use other service providers as our new channel partners and those companies are really so happy that they found customer like us who use to leave credit balance with them and having many connections which providing them a better business. so Mr. Rakesh you may kindly requested to not show fake things as airtel presence never like to sort out anything, may be this department is not having even a single authority to do anything than how come to sort out any problem?

We hope you would not missguide us anymore.

airtel presence is just a show peace like. as airtel presence failed to solve the issue of a new connection within three months (more then three). This is Airtel.

AirTel — no information about the plan

Dear Sir,
I recharge my cellphone with the top up of Rs110/- before topup my plan was 1p/s. After recharge my top up my plan automatically switch over to 1.02/s. for this plan neither company nor his agent( Wadhwa communication Panipat refineryt township Panipat ) informed me about the plan that your phone automatically transfer to the new high rate plan.When I asked to the agent than he says that company did not tell us that the plan will be changed.
so company is not giving the proper information about the plan they are cheating to the customers. I want my old plan which was 1p/.
Please take the necessary action to the Airtel service provider.

No. The problem is not resolved yet. It has been more than a week I raised a complain here, also It is been more than two months I have raised a complain to Airtel. No action as been taken till date.
