Even after repeated complaints/reminders, nothing has been done so far to rectify the faulty connection. There is "NO Dial Tone" also "NO response from your 'Customer Care Help Line while I call from my other telephone'",. Giving complaints No./Date details :

    I'm Vivekanandan and my Airtel prepaid no is [protected]. Each and every week / month airtel is deducting 10 rupees from the balance for availing the Airtel radio mirchi. Really I didn't give any input for enabling this service and I tried so many times to customer care through 121, I was waiting for a long time to connect customer care executive, after that call was disconnected automatically, but they are deducting the amount properly. i'm wondering without getting any confirmation how airtel is enabled this service for me. dear concerns pls deactivate the service for my no.

    I face the same problem same like Vivekanandan my number is [protected]...WTF ING service Airtel provide..!!have tried many time to deactivate the service but they wont allow me...will soon change my card...Never use airtel in future n never advice others to use...

      Airtel digital hd connection not satisfied providing company. from last 6 days i am taking regular follow-up regarding connection and activation of same. I all ready paid amount to them but till date no action taken from there side.
      Whenever i called to customer care they giving dates on dates. Till its not moved such thing.
      Its very mental harrashment done from customer care and concern peoples. Its very harmfull to every one who has taken new connection
      No response from airtel.
      Its should be happen in india only becasue we are taking all things in lightly. I loose my so many imp. time and money on that.

      Airtel Digital HD Connection — Still not installed

      Dear sir

      We booked Airtel digital hd connection trhough our credit card on 14th August, 2011. At that time airtel people committed to me your installation are completeing within 24 hours. But till date the installation is not completed. After that everyday I called to Airtel customercare in Mumbai so many times. All these Airtel people told to me same story like today evening your installation is completing.

      We never expecting this type of services from Airtel. Why because we using some mobile connection from Airtel. We are not faced this type of service from Airtel since last 10 years.

      I don't know what is happenig about the Airtel digital hd connection.

      So, I am requesting you to please atleast after my mail the issue resolving mmediatley.

      Airtel Digital HD Connection — activation not yet done

      Sir
      I am taken new digital hd connection on 27/08/2011.through online payment made through credit card.My transaction id 16678561. In my account they are taken Rs.2740/-.and they're send digital hd setup box .instalation also completed. But sale person mentioned for normal connection. That changing of connection corrertion not yet done. I called sevaral times to custmer care.they are saying one hour and two hour daily. they are not solving my problem.. In recharge sms they send to me 1840 rupees only. please see to activate my dth hd connection immediate. I losses my entertainment.

        On 31st August 2010, I E-recharged my mobile phone [protected] (Delhi number ) with MRP Rs.498 and the talk time given in the confirmation SMS was Rs.451.50, but this balance was not showing in the service message. When contacted, Airtel customer care says that this has been put in my dedicated account 5, and that this balance will be visible when I dial *123*5# because this was recharged under some scheme and that this amount is valid till 9th september, 2010, that is, all the balance to be used within 10 days from date of recharging. Funniest part is, that the shop from where I recharged also feigned ignorance about any such scheme.

        In Airtel website there is no mention of dedicated account or anything like that. How can a company fleece the customers like this ?

        Who is going to look into this and take corrective action ? I am sure many more people must be suffering because of this kind o[censored]nfair tactics adopted by Airtel.

          Hi,

          One week back (I think 24th August) I took Air tel post paid SIM ([protected]) A2GSM service pack. While taking the SIM, I informed the Cunningham Road Air tel customer care center that they have to do ID & Address verification before 2nd September as I had planned going home for 10 days till 11 or 12th September & submitted all the necessary documents for post paid connection.

          So they said OK for everything since they were in hurry to sell the SIM rather serving the customer. After 3 days of connection (I think 27th August) they barred out going connection stating some address verification issue. Since I was there only in my office & bombarded the Cunningham Road customer care so they started my outgoing calls some how.

          On 1st September some guy came to my home & did address verification & went to my office for ID verification & completed the process. (I don't know whether he updated in their system or not)

          Now (2nd September ) I am in home town Belgaum, they barred my outgoing calls & SMS. When I called customer care there some standard answers like issue will be solved within 24 hrs & blah blah...

          I wrote 3/4 mails to [protected]@airtelindia.com stating my issue, no proper response from concerned persons.

          Finally after trying for 5-6 hours of talking & writing mails, I decided cancel my connection itself & move out of Air tel.

          But who is the responsible for my frustration & loss of time during this?

            Sir, My name is TNVS Rama Rao. My Airtel prepaid no is [protected]. it is o[censored]P(West) no. Now i am in roaming at Bangalore. For that reason i was not using this no regularly. But before approx 20 day my balance was deducted of Rs 99 Saying that i was been subscribed for games club and for down loading. Where as i had not done from my side. When i contacted customer care they told that cannot be done due to non availability of data base as i am on roaming. When i approached UP West cust care they also refused to attend my query. Then i had unsubscribed the above said service. But after one week again my balance was deducted for Rs 30. The same procedure i had again followed. I had received sms that i was been unsubscribed for the same. Again After one week it was repeated and deducted Rs 30. Again i unsubscribed and received sms. Today i was deducted Rs 1 due to less balance i.e Rs 1.24 in my account and received message that i was subscribed to games club service.

            Kindly look into this uncruel act of deducting balance with out my intervention to subscribe any service in spite of repeated unsubscribing. Till now i had lost Rs 160 for no reason. As i am in roaming i was not able to contact cust care so often. My Local no is [protected]. Kindly reply to soon.

              Aitel branch(Netaji subash place) Krishna Building employees told me to install broadband services, their field executive came at my residence and collected my documents and sum of Rs 500 installation fee and told that it would be install on 01/09/2010 but till evening there was no response, and when i gave them a call they were not recieving and when thet recievedMr.Ambuj and Mr. Rahul were taking ilegally with me and told me to do whatever i can.
              So, i do request you to solve my querru as soon as possible. I will bve very much thankful to you for this.

                Dear Ajay,

                Sorry for the subject line and raising this issue to you. But from my end this is my last communicaton to Airtel DTH, if still no action is taken I'll forget about some 5-6K INR which is currently invested with DTH and will go for a local cable connection as its service is normally faster.

                About the story, I just shifted my home 3KM away from old adress and the Airtel Guy de-installed the equipements at sharp appointed time that is Saturday 28.08.2010 12:00 noon and the nightmare starts as it is never installed at new premises again.

                Till now I am investing 2-3 hour evryday on holding(most of the time) and speaking to Customer Care Executives and Sr. Supervisors but nothing happens. There is no liability towards raised complaints and no follow ups if the compaint has been attended or not.

                I have raised at least 5 compaints and no one is in a state to solve this small issue. Yesterday I spoke to Mr. Abhinav a Sr. Supervisor in CC, after a call of more than 1 hour he promised me that the problem will be resolved by evening, confronting him that I have got these assurance many times he said that he will call me in the evening by 05:00 to confirm but never come back. Yesterday I had to again raise my BP with holding for more than one hour and talking to executive Siddhart and then a sr. supervisor 'Sharad Husain' and then his leader Karan. but couldn't get anything except assurance. Karan told me that he sopke to area manager and he told that an alignment equipment is not working and is reason for dealy. Isn't this logic really funny? Is in whole of Airtel there is only one engineer with one euipement which if some problem all cusomers have to wait for more than a week? It would have been good if I had given 100 rs to local elictrican and would have done it without airtel.

                I am really surprised why there is no escalation defined anywhere, I would advice to make the esclation public if you really concerned about customers.

                So hope I'll continue to recieve and advice services from Airtel in future as it has excelltent service but Customer care is too far from quality.

                Airtel DTH — Now I am happy - A very frustrated customer

                Now I am happy.

                I always thought that why the Airtel call centre executives disconnect the calls inbetween and never able to provide "SUPPORT". I just looked into some complaints... And thanks.. I am having many partners.

                Some excerpts.............

                "could neither understand Hindi or English properly abruptly disconnected"

                "Customer compliant number abruptly closed with a message "

                "Consumer complaint graciously notes down grievance & gives deadline by which complaint will be attended to. But when the deadline passes (and nothing happens), the grievance is "closed successfully"

                "COMPLAIN OF ABOVE HAS BEEN CLOSED SUCCESSFULLY WITHOUT RESOLVING MY PROBLEM WHICH WAS SHOCKING TO ME"

                "AND THE REPLY OF THE COMPLAIN STATUS AS USUAL "CLOSED SUCCESSFULLY'."

                " after 24 hrs they are just hope less service provider."

                  This complaint is in regard to the post re installation problems i have been facing of Airtel digital TV. I had called up and register for re installation of the same on the 30th July'10 and the re installation was done on 28th Aug'10 after escalating a lot. When they reinstalled the channels were coming up fine for 15min and after that it is showing Error Code 6 and asking to recharge the account. i have recharged the account twice, i have 650Rs balance in my account now. But even after that i am not able to view any of the channels. i have called up customer care so many times that i am really fed up of it. They simply say that u will get a call in next 1 hr. but that 1 hr has never come up till now.

                  there is so much communication gap between the Customer care and the technician. these customer people really suck. when i call them they hang up the phone saying thanks for calling Airtel Digital TV. If a company can't service its clients then why give out new subscription when its pathetic at servicing end.The distance between the old and new residence is less than 100mts and such a bad experience when we are ready to spend money to have the same shifted.

                  I would like to file a complaint with minimum 50000Rs compensation for all the agony, frustration and irritation we are still undergoing because of the same. If the issue is not resolved today i am going to file a complaint in Consumer Court for the same.

                    I got a airtel no:[protected] in July 2007. but day before yesterday I got a message saying that "as per the goverment audit agency the documents pertaining to your airtel moblie numver are found to be incorrect.please submit passport size photo address and photo ID proof with duly filled prepaid application form at your nearest post office or airtel relationship centre within 2 days"

                    I submited all the document on the same day I got the message. but now my phone can not making STD and ISD call...
                    For 4 years I used the same number and I cannt afford to lose this number, since I'm a foreigner, all my contact even from outside india know me as only this number...
                    so Please verify what is going on and what can I do about it.

                    Airtel — Documents requirement

                    i want to say that i am using airtel prepaid for last five years and since than i have submitted my documents twice in this five years and today also i received message from airtel. " As per Govt of India directive documents received for your airtel prepaid are incomplete kindly submit documents at any airtel relationship centre in 48 hrs to enjoy continued services."


                    Is this right way that the person using the number from last five years should have to submit the address details again again .

                      internet bill of rs1304 was charged for the month of februrary2010 to april 2010 while the internet was already disconnected during this period. plz send the details of the charged bill nd the date of activation and deactivation.
                      I have airtel post paid canection.my airtel no. is [protected].they send massage of daily usage.in last month they send massage that your total usage is 1139 excluding monthly charges.It comes almost 1400.but when we saw the bill it was 1900 hundred. I asked the customer care executive for this dispute. he told me that I lodge the complaint.It will be rectified.but they did not rectify.and force me to pay the bill. I CAN GIVE YOU THE SMS RECORD THAT CAN PROVE THEY MANIPULATED WITH MY AIRTEL BILL.They send me a sms that if i not pay the bill in 24 hours.they will dishconect my phone line

                      Mobile Number [protected] .I have the airtel connection from the 2007 and i changed the bill plan in march 2009. usually i get a bill of around Rs800 per Month. Once in may i got a bill of Rs250. I used more than that in that bill. They changed some account number of the connection and Airtel people have never informed me. After repeated follow ups also they are not giving any meaningful response. Now there is a due of 3000 even after paying every month an amount of Rs1000. There is no clarity in response from Airtel and every month they are putting some late payment fees. I want all this to be sorted out and i need a full bill o[censored]sage till now from the march 2009. This has to be sorted out ASAP. Otherwise i am not going to pay any more to Airtel.
                      let me know the time lines for this issue to be resolved. There is no use in working on the issue for months together

                      dreakup month wish. As I got phone from customer care and he informed me that my total outstanding is 4300/- and here at our office they took 7300
                      I require total breakup of all my three numbers outstanding.

                      Sir i have reminded company 4 times then also i have not get any detail. I have also approch applellate officer then also i have not get detial.
                      My query acknowledged by Airtel (Complain / Ack no is[protected] given by return mail.

                      So I request you to solve my problem.
                      I was trying to cope up with you for the past 6 months regarding the undelivered bill no[protected] and so I stopped the payment against it and I also told you to give the clarification .
                      And before stopping the payment I also intimated you that if you don’t provide me correct bill till then I will not pay any amount till you deliver now i had also deposited 6,000

                      My point is 1. If the problem was from your end then why you permanently disconnected my Phone also few days before disconnection I paid rs. 1700
                      2. you should have provided me with bill and the amount to be refunded in that bill
                      3. why I should bother to cross check your bill , it is your duty to prepare bills honestly and not greedily
                      I want to lodge a complaint against Airtel regarding unjustified demand raised through bill for the facility of 3G which I never Used, it is pertinent to mention in our city the facility of
                      3G was made available on[protected], but unfortunately bill was raised
                      w.e.f.:[protected]. A claim itself is seen fictitious and self
                      explanatory, the bill is raised against me with bad intention and bad
                      purpose.
                      It is important to mention when bill was raised for Rs 5000 without
                      any use of 3G, undersigned approached with the local authorities and
                      explains the factual position, I was assured by the local office that
                      the bill is raised wrongly for Rs5000 and it will be cancelled in
                      future. But the decision is still pending meanwhile; I got another
                      bill of Rs 19741. In the end of April when the approach was made on
                      the same day I told them that I am no more interested to use 3G,local
                      executive Miss Divya made email in front of me to Mr Dinesh, the
                      senior executive, Udaipur office and then Mr Dinesh promised that
                      your services will be discontinued immediately without any delay and
                      the Rs5000 bill will be resolved from my end with priority
                      .Unfortunately again the same thing was repeated knowingly with bad
                      intention and bad purpose to claim Rs19741. Now this amount ultimately reached to Rs 28800/- in the month of Sep, 2011.Though the company had already discontinued services from June, 2011 still the bill is raised for this facility. I am regularly receiving threats from local office to deposit due amount of all the bills as early as possible.
                      After having not satisfied from Local office I also contacted to other Regional office and Executives but no one is there to help me out. Today I helpless in front of this big company and I need help to sort out matter and also want to get rid of mental torcher that is given by company and its executives.

                      I would like to lodge a complaint to against Bharti Airtel for giving me high bill amount for the dec-13 since I had applied for MNP with Vodafone. My bill amount ranges from 500-1500Rs. max. It shows how cheap, immortal and unethical business practices Airtel can use on customers. They are not able to provide me 3G service in Gujarat and hence I am shifting. Lastly my internet was blocked for past 5 days and I am getting bill amount of Rs.4800. Kindly suggest and guide me for the same. I will be going to consumer forum for sure and will sue Airtel for such cheap tactics.

                      In my entire patronage with Airtel for last 3.5 yrs or so I haven't recd a bill more than 2000Rs. and today I am getting a bill of Rs.4800+ since I have applied for MNP, out of which 3500Rs. is for my internet usage which can be charged anything since its not transparent and accountable. My internet usage had not be increased in this month as told by customer care of Airtel its the same.

                      Pls guide and assist.
                      i am using ur post paid connection viz [protected] and[protected] for last 3 years. then the plan was 100 rs rent with 500 mints free, with 200 sms free on any national number. for the last few months ur company added the charges of sms. you hv not even informed me about that, u can chk ur record, for this purpose when i went to airtel web world in kurukshetra they said talk to customer care when i call customer care they said with in 24 hrs our representative will contact u in this regard. but till date nobody contact me. This is really hurting that a company with such a reputation doing like that with their customer. u r requested to sort out the problem immediately and wave off all the sms charges, otherwise there will be no option left to me except to leave ur company and port my number to other company. thanks

                          my self Anil kumar kola i am an costumer of airtel post paid till 2008.my number [protected].One day I got the call from airtel out bond. and they told me about add on connection.In that they told me you didn't pay any thing like, connection charges,deposit charges and there is no hidden charges.so i taken [protected]. They activated the connection on 19th June 2010. they generated the bill on 26th June 2010.It includes of Rs.1000/- one time charges and one month rental.i generated a complaint on 29th of June 2010. after that i didn't receive any response from airtel costumer care.I called many times regarding this complaint.But no one can response for that.recently they are stopped my service([protected]).till date i paid all amount of this number.Except [protected].

                          what can i do for my connection.
                          My airtel postpaid number is [protected]. Bill generated on 5th feb has charged me around Rs. 500 for 5-10 minutes of data usage. I have already registered my complaint on airtel site by raising Service request. I have raised 5-6 SR but all are closed by giving reason "Customer not contacted". Whenever i try to contact customer care they assure me that our senior will contact you soon or they say that there is system problem call us after 4 hour. I am very frustrated with the service of airtel please solve my problem immediately.

                            very very bad service of airtel i am a dentist i done have time to write such kind of stuff but i am compelled by airtel to write this.
                            The email is written below is the email which i have sent to airtel i have talked to airtel personel 3 to 4 times
                            but nothing iss done till date
                            i have ordered for wirless router i called 121 and opted fast internet they offered 2 mbps plan i opted and also told to install wirless router they told that it will be 500 extra i agreed , after 2 daysmr anil came to install router while he was proceding to install i just talked that shoul i have to pay or billed 500 , he at once told this is for 1500 , i atonce told him not to install i was promissed for 500 so i called 121 and afetr cosversation they comitted me router for 500 and told me sir go ahead and install you will get discount of 1000 and he gave me complaint number which is[protected] , after assurance i got the modem installed , but i recieved bill of 1500 then i called 121 and talke to abhishek talking id was[protected] he told me that comittment t you was fake , so now rule out that is yhis my fault or airtel workers fault who are comitting fake.
                            i told abhishek that either resolve the problem now or cancell my line he told me request is sent to cancellation department you will have a call and your line will be cancelled but nothing was done and matter got disputed.

                            this is the service airtel providein to their 3 to 4 years loyal coustomers.
                            be aware when you plan to get airtel they will take stuff out o[censored]r pocket forcifully
                            i reques tairtel officials to resolve as i am ready to pay bill amount which is genuine or take router back an take ur money and reinstate my line.


                            Hello today my airtel no [protected] got disconected voice as well as dsl

                            as i mentioned earlier no one is ready to listen me i have talked earlier 0n 121 ,3 times to resolve the problem or take your router back i dont want it in 1500/-.

                            now same thing is hapenning again no one answered my mail and disconected my number,

                            as i mentioned earlier wave 1000 + service tax which ihave recieved in the bill.

                            also late fee of the bill if you confirm me the same i will deposite the money but i tink airtel punjab gained lot of coustomers and now they are not borthered aany more about their 3 to 4 years old ccustomers.

                            insted of resolving the matter you people are closing your eyes.

                            now listen carefully if the dispute is resolved i will not pay for this disconection time , you are taking matter into deep dispute i will be posting all my dispute to consumer forum , as i got loss of 20500 .00 inr today , as i was not able to swipe credit card of my patient.

                            so if you dont want to resolve the issue take your instrumets back and let me know your total bill amount after deducting the router charges, late fee ,service tax and i will pay the amount , now dont drag this matter any more i want solution tomorrow.

                              Dear Sir,
                              I had availed a prepaid airtel connection in the month of June 2010. I took the connection through an agent at vaikom. I had chanrged Rs.1000/- in the month of July 2010. Then I was using . The balance was Rs. 861/- but suddenly when I call any number I get the automated reply that I have no balance and I need to recharge. I went to the shop in vaikom form where i charged this Rs.1000/- they advised me to again charge for Rs. 200/- then I will be able to use this new Rs200 + the balance Rs.861/-.
                              Whereas, I could notice that the call amount is deducted from the Rs. 200/- and the previous balance of Rs. 861/-is shown as Zero. I want my balance Rs. 861/- which was stolen by Airtel.
                              My Sim card No. is[protected] amd ny mobile number is [protected].

                                myself ADV.                                   Dear Consumer Forum,

                                  I would like to tell what sort of people work in Airtel and they call themselves the best service providers.

                                  I had lodged a request for Shifting my Airtel Landline/ Broadband / IPTV to my new address. I was told the SLA for doing the same is three working days (Reference number for this: 367820). Three days went a long time back but I heard no response from them. Then I raised another request (Reference Number :[protected]. After calling them again and again, finally a technician called named Govind. He told me they will come and set up everything. The guy came and told me he can only install Landline and Broadband but not IPTV, surprise surprise, I have not raised a request for IPTV, amazing.

                                  So as per my understanding, they thought If I am shifting to a new address, I will only take landline and broadband with me but not IPTV. He asked me to raise another request, so I called the same best (????) service provider and raised another request (reference number :[protected].

                                  Anyways, he still did the set up but could not activate IPTV and told me that It will be done next day by 12:00 clock.

                                  Next day I tried to called the same technician (Govind), he refused to pick my phone. I guess that must be professionalism on his part. So, basically I did not get my IPTV activated the next day as well.

                                  In the meantime, I wrote to care.[protected]@aitel.in and [protected]@airtel.in as well, but did not get any response. One fine day a guy called, he said he is from Airtel Corporate Office. I explained the problem to him. He said he will check and revert back in ten minutes. Surprise Surprise, I am still waiting for his call.

                                  Also, I got an email and a message from them saying they have resolved my issue (reference number : 367820). Now as per there records, my issue is resolved and I still do not have IPTV.

                                  Its been a month now, is there anybody at airtel who can sort this mess.

                                  These types of circumstances tend to appear before us, as we are unable to realise what our rights stands for and how we can enforce the same.

                                  you can always speak to the appellate body of the company concerned, they will resolve the issue, else the district consumer forum is the protector and enforcer for the rights of consumer.

                                  Airtel — landline/broadband/iptv not working

                                  AIRTEL NEVER PAYS HEED TO IT WORT PROVIDER
                                  Dear sir,
                                  This is regarding my landline/broadband/iptv account no.[protected] phone no. [protected]. From day one I have been kind of harassed by a company of your repute. Despite my booking a combo plan for all the three services after making prompt payment on 6th June 2011, my connection was installed at my address D-15, Green Woods City, Sector 46, Gurgaon 122001 only after waiting for more than one month.
                                  Then after working for a few days the phone line and iptv stopped working, my complaints regarding the same were not listened to. On my recent complaints on the 12th of Aug 2011 ref no. 2260438, I was shocked to learn that my connection lies in an expired state. On making request I was told that the issue shall be resolved by 16th Aug. Again on making a complaint on the 17th ref no. 2437136, I was give a time for 18th Aug'11 till 4.30 pm. Still not activated till today. Another complaint is also registered today ref no. 2596214 and am told that my problem shall be resolved no by 27th Aug 2011. Do you think this is the way a company like Bharti Airtel Ltd. functions?
                                  Is this what service you get in the name of technology promised?
                                  I am totally dejected with the malpractices and shall definitely spread this word of non performance.
                                  Finally writing to you is my last refuge, and if this also does not help, I shall surely approach the regulatory bodies in this regard.
                                  I request you to kindly take prompt action, as my patience is now being lost.

                                    My complaint with Aritel service is as follows:

                                    1] I had an airtel #[protected], this number was suddenly blocked because Airtel wanted me to submit identification proof even after I had submitted the same before activation. The number was taken roughly in the month of Feb 2010 and blocked in May or June 2010.
                                    2] When I went to submit the documents again, the no was already disconnected. The person at the aritel outlet at Mosque road, informed me to go to the Cunningham road outlet if I wanted the same number and my existing balance transferred and reactivated
                                    3] When I went to the Cunningham road airtel outlet, they informed me that it was not possible to reactivate my number [[protected]] and I have to take a new connection.
                                    4] I took a new connection [[protected]] and my balance from the old number was not transferred to my new number, despite requesting for the same. I lost Rs 100+ . I also submitted all the ID Proof’s to the airtel officer at the Cunningham road outlet and obtained service. This happened around the month of June 2010.
                                    5] Now again on August 24th my number was suddenly disconnected WITH NO REASON OR MESSAGE.
                                    6] When I went to the airtel showroom on Mosque road I was told it was because I need to submit ID Proof again. But I had already submitted the same when I availed the connection.
                                    7] I BELIEVE IT IS AIRTELS RESPONSIBILITY TO VALIDATE ALL THE DOCUMENTS BEFORE ACTIVATING MY SERVICE, AND NOT BLOCK MY SERVICE WITHOUT NOTICE INCASE THEY REQUIRE ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS. THIS PRACTISE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE; IT HAS CAUSED ME A VERY HUGE INCONVIENCE BESIDES A LOSS IN MY PERSONAL BUSINESS.
                                    8] On August 25th I provided all the documents again to the Airtel showroom on Mosque road Airtel office and was told my service would be reactivated within 24 hrs.
                                    9] As usual it was not reactivated after 24 hours, when I enquired after going to the outlet everyday in person, as they do not answer calls on the phone, I was told the number cannot be activated on the current SIM, and they will provide me with a new SIM.
                                    9] On August 30th I got the new SIM, but the connection was not activated, despite the person at the Airtel shop informing me it would be done the same day.
                                    10] When I enquired again on Aug 31st, I was given the same dialogue again that my service would be activated by end of day Aug 31st. This is still not yet activated.
                                    11] I have been informed by the representative at the airtel shop on Mosque road [Name: Rohil] that there is no customer service number I can call to escalate the issue from a LANDLINE.
                                    12] Since i do not have an active airtel # I cannot even call airtel customer service number
                                    13] Two of the representatives from the airtel outlet on mosque road provide me with their numbers to call them if I had any queries, the numbers are: [protected] & [protected]]. However even during the week it is very difficult to reach them, they do not answer the phone when I call them. Except for 2 calls but I got no proper resolution to the problem, they only told it wil be fixed but no results. On Sept 1st I called both these numbers several times but now they are not even answering my calls.
                                    I WANT TO LODGE A FORMAL COMPLAINT, FOR THE TROUBLE AND INCONVIENCE THAT AIRTEL SERVICE HAS CAUSED ME.

                                      I had applied for an Airtel Braodband connection on 12/08/2010, but to my dismay it has not been installed till date. The worst part is that there is no one that you can reach out to and all the people you can speak with are a bunch of liars. They have the audacity to stop taking calls when they do not have an answer to queries. The nodal officer and the people attending phone calls in his office are so insensitive that they are completely distracted when you speak with them. I have made umpteen number of phone call and have written several emails, but it seems that no one cares. I do not even know whether I will get a connection or not.

                                      I could somehow reach Mr. Rishi Wahi's office, but his assistant refused to share his email ID with me. I am completely harassed now and really do not know what to do?? I am attaching all the emails that I have in this regard. Please suggest a future course of action.

                                      How many does it take for your firm to provide a broadband connection?? Unfortunately and out of no choice I had applied for your broadband on August 12, 2010 and I do not have the connection till date. I have been getting false commitments from across your employee levels. I feel frustrated to have this kind of treatment. Your employees do not take phone calls and if ever I am lucky to get a chance to talk to them they keep postponing the the date by when this would be installed. I am sick and tired waiting for someone to coma and install it. I was on leave yesterday and today as someone (Mr. Nilesh from Thane - [protected]) had committed that net would be installed but no one turned up or even cared to call. I just do not understand what I should do.

                                      My form number was SL253159. I am out of town now till coming Sunday (August 29, 2010). I had spoken to Ms bhari at the nodal office as well, but again a waste of effort.

                                      My phone number is [protected], in case someone bothers to do something about it.

                                      Th resolution is not installing the connection at you convenience. The resolution should be it being installed in 3-4 days of applying for it. Daily your officials say that it will be done today, today, today. I work and cannot be available as and when it suits you. This is the most apathetic attitude I have seen from any service provider. The worst part is, your officials have the audacity to say 'CEO bhi nahi karva sakta'. I am losing my patience now and really do not understand what should I do. I really wish I can get rid of this trouble and apologize for troubling you guys by asking for a service.

                                        WE had booked Airtel landlines with broad band on 25th Aug 2010. The company's DSA Remidial Telecommunication Pvt. Ltd. JM Road Pune promised the connections on or before 31st Aug 2010 with broad band. Two days before the connection was to be provided he called and said that broad band might be a difficulty but he will ensure to provide the same. They did not gave the lines as promised on 31st Aug and when we enquired on 1st Sept whay they ahve not provided they confirmed that the borad band can not be provided. On asking why they gave flase promise lot of arguments were exchnaged and then started abusing and cam e to ur office to return the money deposited being rs. 2000/ and abused us. Can the company i.e Bharati airtel which boasts itself of complete customer staisfcation can deal will such kind of DSA's and can somebody teach these arrogants a lesson?
