no blackberry service despite Rs 899 being deducted from my account

i singh shamine activated blackberry services on my airtel prepaid ([protected]) on july 1st 2010 and they worked for 12hrs,
Rs899 was deducted from my account .blacckberry services didnt work for two day despite my repeated phone calls to the customer care....the executives kept giving me the info every time i called them,when i asked for a complaint no .so that i can refer to my complaint without explaining it to the custom care executives...

Very very very poor bandwidth

lapsation of DA account and false deduction of main account

I had recharged my a/c ([protected]) on dated 24.05.2010 at around 1.30 pm with a recharge of Rs. 98 for internet access. After that on date 22.06.2010, I had my DA account balance of about 1200 MB. As per rule, my a/c validity must be up tp 23.06.2010 till 1.30 PM. But from the date of 23.06.2010 my DA a/c made zero and the surfing charges deductions started from my main a/c and deducted Rs. 435 for the day.

I informed that i have purchased and activated the 1 year subscription plan on 30.08.2009, so that 2 more months balance in my validity. She says it is not possible to reactivate if not recharged. I contacted the nodal desk at Delhi and in Kerala to solve the issue....

DTH not working

Hi,

My Airtel DTH is not working from past 3 days.
I gave complaint and called to customer care at least 10 times, but have no use in doing so.

Every time I call customer care, They will give fake promises stating "the issue will get resolved in next 2 hrs".

I said them clearly that I am going to log a complaint, But still they are not bothered to rectify the issue.
