[Resolved]  Airtel / Postpaid Mobile Bill — unauthorised charges (Mob- [protected])

My complaints are:

1) Without my permission Call conference service has been activated on my number, for which I am paying a rental of Rs.49.00 from last 4 months. Even after requesting for deactivating this service (Taheer talked to me, in this regard), the charges are again there on my bill this month.
2) The charges of Rs.450 (in sep), Rs.120 (in Oct) and some more in months of August are imposed on my number on the account that, I have sent messages of these amounts to 58888 (which is indiatimes number to get cricket scores), but I haven’t sent any single message to this number.

my .mobile no. is [protected] and till 12th oct it was postpaid but due to regular problems regarding unauthorizes billing i changed to prepaid. now i received a bill where i have not made any calls on this no.[protected] on 11th and 12th oct. for which i am billed . another problem is that i do not use messaging and my bill shows Rs. 89/. please look into this matter as soon as possible.

I have received an ISD Bill of Rs. 467.00 for single call stating that I have talked about 1.12.41 hours on 9-7-08 which is not true.
I have never talked on the phone more than 1 to 1.5 minutes on ISD calls. See all my previous records.

I have talked to your cos. care and he said that this Amount of Rs. 467.00 is wayed and you pay remaining Bill which I payed.
In very second day my phone got disconneted.

So please advised me what amount should I pay for reconnection.
But in any way I am not going to pay for Rs. 467.00 which is not acceptable to me. I will pay all remaning Bill.
So please mail me so that I can pay the remaning amount.

AirTel — unauthorised service

From last eight days my 50ruppes debited from my prepaid account of airtel by this unauthorised service i.s dada resub please deactivate this service from my mobile ph. no i.s [protected].

Number error while dailing a number using background music of airtel.when i am dailing a number using 777and mobile nubr its shows error but the same service of my frnd is working.

I have not received my bill from last 3 months.
Also I am getting message form AirTel that "You Bill Payment is due"
I have to go to AirTel Gallery to check the amount of bill & have to pay it.
When i enquired in AirTel gallery they told me that your address might be wrong but can u clarify me one thing, if i can received bills earlier also then suddenly how my address can change.
Airtel service is very bad as far as network & customer care service is concern if you people have problem with database what the customer can do???
Unnecessarily customer is sufferring due to your bad services.

I am receiving Airtel classifieds job ads in my mobile phone. I wanted to disconnect the service. Kindly do it immediately. I already tried many times after consulting with Customer care people. But nothing happened.

I am poonam and my number is [protected] and iam really frustated with airtel customer care executive, in the month october i asked to customer carre exectuve to close alll schmes frm my number but they did nothing and i have used my nuber for only 3 days in october 2008 but they send me bill of 649 ifact i call of rs 149 only, and now they are claiming again and agian for the payment.

my mobile no is [protected]. i have purchased a motorola A810 mobile in wavetel stores, rajakilpakkam on last 20.11.2008. But due to major technical problem it doesn't work properly. so i have asked the seller to replace the mobile phone. but they directed me to communicate mobile phone manufacturer's authorised service center.

so i have checked with them also, thay also confirmed the same and given the certifcate to replace the mobile

i have handovered mobile phone and service centre certificate at wavetel stores, rajakilpakkam, . they also commited to replace the mobile with in 2 days, but today 4th day gone sofar they are not resposing my call.
now what i have to do.
