Hi, this is Bhagya Lakshmi having prepaid connection no. [protected],I lost my mobile on 20.11.2009 around 3pm i want to request the Airtel team to please block this Sim card.

I have been using the sim no. [protected] for the past 10 years. I lost the same on[protected] at 2.30 pm my last calls for the day were i. [protected] and [protected]. I would like to have a duplicate sim and for the time being i request you to block the cell inorder to check misuse of the same.

I am Harnish Patel. I am using Airtel Prepaid Connection No. [protected] for last 1 month in Chennai . Since last 20 days it is blocked due to negative address verification. I have provided all my genuine documents over there. But they are saying that address is not matching. They said me to provide documents again in Airtel outlet. Again i have provided documents before 15 days to Airtel outlet. Still my card is blocked. I have talked to customer care lots of time. Every person is saying me different things.No one is taking responsibility for that . I am totally harassed with that card. Airtel is totally fraud. Can you help me in this matter?
