[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — i need my call barring password

i bought a new Airtel sim, ever since i bought i cannot make call, but i can receive call. When i try to make call it complains Operator Barring please sir resolve this problem now, MY PHONE IS [protected]. Please i need quick solution, you can also contact on this same number for more information.
