its more than 1 months now i hav been complaining airtel customer care that there is no network coverage.i m user of airtel since last two years.and have blind trust on airtel.but now i m very much dissappointed.and i hav now totally lost it.every time i made call to customer care they just provide me with new dates and even dont feel regret for the same.i hav called customer care about 6 times few of the complaint numbers are as follows:-524289912, 413469800, 3061413469800.the no. of mine is 9936015532.and soon i m going to change it with other services if the same problem is not dealt seriously as it is matter of life and death as i hav this no. only and i hav to keep in touch regularly with my doctor.this is not expected with u AIRTEL
This company network is going from good to worst, as you can find no network of this company in mumbai. So my suggestion is for mr.mittal if you cant provide good service dont talk about that and please if possible close your company so that people can be saved from harrasement.

i have been experiencing a great difficulties because of using airtel postpaid.i am owning a bricks(star) company in chinna thadagam in coimbatore .the major complaints is whenever there is a power cut in our area simultaneously the airtel tower stops fuctioning and hence there will be no network .this fault is not happening one or two days it always prolongs for last six months.recently from yesterday(11.10.2008) 7:30pm there is no network in our area till now.we are having six airtel postpaid connections for reference [9894722887, 9894712887, 9894732887, 9894722886, 9894712886, 9894732886]in the name of mr.bennet abraham.we have complained about this to various authorities but without solving the problem they are simply sending a notice mentioning the problem is sloved but actualy problem continues . when we go 8 kilometers away from our area(chinna thadagam) we have a good network.so please solve our problem in our area if you want to contact us please contact the numbers[9894722887, 9894712887, 9360947000]if you cant do any thing please inform us atleast we change our connections to reliance service.

actually iam situated in thuvariman .mdu district iam made a complaint early .after few days call came from vodafone team they said yes their is no coverage we want to put tower on your area .they said it will take 3 months iam eagar abt the next step
The National Do Not Disturb Registry is a BIG Failure.
I have registered myself with Airtel's National Do Not Call Registry on 21/10/2007 vide request no. S1000472710 for my Airtel number 98920 74920. Confirmation received from Airtel is attached with this email.
Even after 365 days of me registering for the DND service, I am sorry to say that I am still getting pesky marketing calls. Copy of the calls received is attached herewith.
Several complaints by me against Pesky Calls have failed and I have no option left but to DISCONTINUE the services of Airtel with immediate effect.
You are requested kindly yo bring this to the attention of Common Indian citizien, like me, who are suffering from Pesky marketing calls despite of registering with DND.

I am facing network network converage issue since 18 months - Airtel
I have an airtel post paid connection which I am using since more than 3 years. Its last 18 months I am facing network issue with airtel in Bangalore. I have been following it up for more than 18 months on this issue, but airtel is in no place to either solve the problem nor even justify the reasoning behind the problem. They are not ready to even respond to my complain. I have raised more than 20 complains on this issue, all of them have been closed with out any feedback to me.
Hi, I am a prepaid user of Airtel since 2005, I have a problem with Airtel at some places such as my native place Dhondkhar. Everytime when I travel there is no network between Alibaug--Revdanda--Dhondkhar--Roha route. Birla Temple is also in the same route. Aitel being India's largest GSM network provider cannot even provide the network at that place.
Earlier at that place there was no network for other Telecom industry except BSNL/MTNL, but now there is a network Signal of Reliance, Idea, BPL, & MTNL, but no Airtel.
I request Airtel to set up a new Network Signal in this area Alibaug--Revdanda--Dhondkhar--Roha route. So that there should be no problem with Network.
From last almost 3~4 months period, we (there are 2 connections) are experiencing very poor network coverage in m flat. If this problem persists, shortly we will be stopping Airtel & switing to other operator.
we are living in rural area that village name ANNAGARIPALEM. in our area at a distance of 6KM towar held that towar located in a village is called THUMMALA PENTA and anoter towr located 3KM from our village name JUVVULADINNE. the both networks not suported to our mobiles.iam already given complaint from the mobile numbers 9949871409 and 9618576986.
Requested that please improve the signals of both towrs or sanction a new towr to our village.
