Very frequently I am finding that with unwanted ring tone incoming messages amount is deducted from my prepaid account. I am trying to contact customer care but that is also not reachable (at this moment).
Kindly look into this matter and prevent further any such deduction also get a copy of the transaction sheet for the last two months from your database to find the deducted amount.

that i did not know which pack is not acctivated thats why balance get deducted so please do tha need ful acction about it.
i will higly obeliged to you

hii all.. this is rinku frm kolkata.. i have gone through all the complains written above.. maye be some body is getting poor net work coverage at his place.. but the customers who are complaining against the balance depletion with out usage i think they are the biggest frauds.. i being a airtel usaer from last 6 yrs have never faced a single problem with airtel.. most of the airtel prepaid users are ill-literate.. with out undrstanding the offers they activate the value added services and then shout on the customer care executive using filthy and abussive languages and most of the time get back the money asper company good will gestures.. and then it becomes the habit of getting back the money after making a valid usage..
and the person who is complaining agains disconnection of life time connection i would like to tell him / her that airtel customer care guys always mention that its a mandatory to make the usage of 200 buck in 6 months.. Airtel Rocks

Airtel is a useless and unethical service provider. I am requesting to unsubscribe my job alert which inspite of informing that service is provided for free from your company were charged Rs. 1 per day.
