[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — Multiple amount deducted for recharge

Hi,

I tried to recharge on my airtel prepaid account to add 3G data pack for 1GB. It costs INR 255. I made an attempt to recharge this amount using my talktime balance on my prepaid account which failed. Hence I recharged the same amount using my debit card and it went successful. However the amount was deducted from my prepaid balance as well.

In online transaction history airtel shows that the recharge from my prepaid account balance failed. However the amount was not credited back into my prepaid account balance.

I tried reaching the customer care to get this addressed, but they dropped the call when I mentioned the exact issue which they could also see in their records. I never received a call back from them.

lifetime prepaid — FORCIBLE DEDUCTION

I declare that I have not subscribed for any background music from your company or from any concerned and the regular monthly deduction of Rs.30/- from my prepaid account no.[protected] is arbitrary and illegal. Since the last one month, I am requesting the customer care centers available through my phone and personally also, but to no avail. I am actually tense as I had to manage with my balance for six months. It has resulted in loss of study and mental agony. Therefore, i request you to restore the deducted amount and make good the losses or else I would request my father to take up the matter with appropriate authority.

AirTel — Deducted amount

Airtel Customer care executives are gundas & they are acting like terror with public.
Example : You are keeping all customers record, but we can not trace to customer care executives of any number from executives are calling to us. Why ?

They are using with us bad word, debiting amount using his power. But we cant do anything against him, even can not trace them.
Incidents with Me as below :
I have started Miss Call Alert on my no. [protected] on 23rd September 2008, Service started immediately and amount debited in advance Rs. 15/- but till today that not received any miss call alert. When I switch off my phone, at that time some is calling to me, they are getting reply “Call rejected”
Yesterday i.e 5th October 2008, I had called at 5.05 PM & 5.17 pm to customer care executive Mr. Imran regarding above, he has used bad word with me Debited 30/- rs. For that call, in any way. Again called, again they have debited rs. 30/-.
You can check my conversation with Customer Care executive & also Check my call log. You will justify who is rong & who is right.
Requesting to immediate refund of following Amount :
Rs. 30/- Debited by customer care executive on 5.05 Pm on 5/10/2008
Rs. 30/- Debited by customer care executive on 5.17 Pm on 5/10/2008
Rs. 15/- Debited by system Miss Call Alert, which not working on my Number.

AirTel — Deduction of Recharge Amount

Hi Sir,
With Respect I would like to inform you that from my mobile an amount of 30/-Rs has been deducted.
From further query to nearest customer service at katrash garh, (Dhanbad) ( JHARKHAND) they used to tell us that nothing has been activated from ur mobile so u must ask from cust-ser-centre (198).

On there they used to tell me that upto whenever the Indai series match will go ur 5/- Rs will be deducted per match.

Is this the way to earn or make fool the customer.


So Sir, I request u to take an action against it, credit the amount of Rs 30/- ([protected])
otherwise i will go ahead. Waiting for ur reply early.

My telephone No is [protected] company is every month deduct the amount from my balance and I am complain and they refunded but again this month twice they have dedcucted I made complain to company they have given request reference No [protected], [protected].

it is time consumeing to call and they are refunding amount but this time they have not refunded as on today.

Kindly help to me and it is cheating with many customer because we can not check the balance every hours we can not identify.

Bharti Airtel Prepaid Mobile Service — REG. RECOVERY OF AMOUNT FROM MY PREPAID ACCOUNT

Respected Sir,

I am receiving a joke daily on my mobile No.[protected] through SMS and on account of which @Rs.1/- being recovered by the Airtel mobile company. I have not activated such type of scheme. The scheme has been activated the the Company automatically. I have talked with costomer care several time but no any action has been taken so far. Since such action will be continued I will disconnect the connection of Airtel prepaid including my 10 relatives who also use the airtel prepaid. I want to return my recovered amount in my prepaid account.

Airtel Prepaid Card — Forcible deduction of amount from account.

I have an Airtel prepaid card that I purchased in Kolhapur (Maharashtra). Its a lifetime prepaid card. I have to travel to many domestic locations for official business. Presently I am in Baroda (Gujrat). I got a message from Airtel on 17.08.2009 saying that Rs.10/- have been deducted from my account for some sort of subscription. I did not subscribe to any such service and I feel that this is an attempt made by Airtel to earn some extra cash.

The reason I am saying this is that, I have faced this problem every time I am on roaming or in other state. This incident also occurred when I was in Chennai (Tamil Nadu), when I received several SMS from Airtel at 3.00 a.m in the night, with every SMS costing me Rs.1/-.

This means everytime I am on roaming, Airtel activates some schemes on the my number and charges me for them. If I call the customer care, still I am in loss because every outgoing call costs me Rs.1.50/-. So, I am in NO WIN situation everytime this happens and Airtel manages to earn profit.

I bet this happens to many other Airtel customers and Airtel is making huge ..huge profits from this. I would like to sue Airtel for this.

Airtel — Airtel GPRS Deducting full Recharge money

Hi,

Airtel cheats thousands of consumers with the advantage of inadequate information.
GPRS was auto migrated to volume based internet connection deducting 200 Rs instead of 20Rs.
And every single CSR in Airtel is proudly explaining their charges.
Every where the max is (30 Rs/Hr) for internet usage.
But Airtel MO deducted 200 Rs for just few minutes browsing this is ridiculous.


I need a solution ASAP from Airtel for cleverly cheating thousands of consumers

AIRTAIL Prepaid card — automatically debited the balance amount

hello, I have airtail prepaid card no.[protected], (life time plan) from last month automatically debited Rs.1.50 per day from my prepaid balance against INR. What is this INR ? and why debited amount from my balance without any call. And what I can do?

Airtel Prepaid — unnecessary deduction in recharge amount

My Airtel prepaid No.os [protected], They are deduction Rs.15/- per month for Missed call alert. I have already informed them not to deduct the amount for that because I don't need that service. To day they have deducted another Rs.30/- for friends chat on line without any intimation. This is really very bad from their part. Kindly ask them not to do this kind o[censored]nwanted deductions. Ask them to return my money. If they cannot five that amount we want to change phone service from them
It is really very very bad Air Tel. They are not suppose to cut balance without confirmation form the customer. If customer doesn't want means, you shouldn't deduct a single paise form them. This kind of acts will loose your reputation and name.

Airtel Prepaid — Low Amount Credited against a Recharge

Dear Sir/Madam,

A message was received from Airtel that on Rs150 recharge I will be paid Rs150 full talktime.Rs135.99 will be paid immidiately and the remaining within 48 hrs.

But I have not received the remaining amount till now.I have only received only Rs.135.99.

On calling up the customer care the customer care executives were very rude in the case.1st time when I called up the executive just listened and told the he is registering a complain and disconnected the line without providing any complain number.On 2nd occassion the customer care executive put the call on hold telling she is checking and disconnected the line after 5mins.

Recharge — less value

I had got the vodafone numbers of mobile phones of my wife and daughter recharged from joda orissa for Rs 255 each but the value of tailtime given is very less.I am knocking at the vodafone stores time and again but of no avail.Please therefore be informed that I have no option but to go to the consumer forum.This kind of cheating is just unacceptable.Please treat this as notice for 15 days.The details of mobiles are given below

Airtel Prepaid — Balance Amount

Hi,

I recharged my number for Rs.50 on last friday(26 Feb 2010) and today my balance turned to Rs.9.12.

I've hardly made local calls and really doesnt have any idea how come my amount was deducted and also for what reason?

If the amount has been deducted for my Hello tunes, there should be an indication of the same thru sms which didn't happen this time.

I request you to credit back my amount to my number asap.

Airtel Prepaid — GET LESS RECHARGE VALUE

Dear Sir/Mam,
My mobile no is [protected] this is a airtel prepaid connection with lifetime validity which i had done topup recharge of Rs.200/- on[protected], I get talkvalue of Rs.103/- only and when i talk to the customer care they told that Rs.200/- recharge is for increasing the validity of the connection. But i have already the lifetime validity so what is the meaning of the validity increasing is there is more that the life time validity. agar lifetime validity se kuch jyada hai to mujhe is baat se avgat karaye agar nahi hai to please mere mobile me talking value credity karen aapke ati kirpa hogi.

AirTel — Charge deduction

For the last 1 year airtel is deducting my balance. Wen i call to customer care they always give different reasons every time and say apna koi button daba diya hoga. At present it is charging balance of my main account for message sending despite of message tarrif of 50 rupees. Plz do something. I hv lost around 500 rupees without using any service in last 1 year. They also say that i hv forward ur complaint, u will get ur balance within 2 days, but have not got any balance back till now. Hoping u will do something regarding this.

AirTel — Prepaid Recharge Balance

I am using the mobile number [protected]. I am trying for two days for Recharge of Rs.300/- or Rs.649/-. But after visiting the market, no airtel dealer was in capacity to recharge saying that flexi-balance is not sufficient. Company's higher sales officer should intervene the matter as the customers are facing a great problem.
