Dear Sir/Madam, I am a Airtel prepaid customer having Mobile No. [protected] o[censored]P(W) circle.Due to misplace of my SIM card I was not use this SIM for 2/3 months.But yesterday I got this & try to use it.But when I insert the SIM on mobile no network found & msg shown that SIm registration failed. You are requested please check this matter at your end & suggest me the solution for activate the service. Airtel Lifetime Prepaid — Short Recharge
I am a subscriber of Airtel lifetime prepaid number [protected]. I made a recharge of Rs 200/- through internet on Dec 7 2007. I only got a credit for Rs 60/-, while I was entitled to a credit for Rs 110/-. Also the company credited Rs 75/- after a week for processing fees as this was a life time prepaid connection. Therefore I was entiltled to a credit for Rs 185/- but I only got 135/-. I send numberous messages and called the customer care but no response till date. The following compaints were logged in [protected], [protected] Sir,
I purchased a prepaid no [protected] from Univercell, Tenkasi, Tamilnadu Airtel on 8 dec 2007. For Identity verification, I submitted required document along with the filled form. After few days, my outgoing call facility has been blocked.
I talked to customer care. They told me that I need to submit my documents once again. And, I submitted it to Airtel Dealer Univercell, at Tenkasi in the hand of Airtel executive. She verified all the document and form. After two days, incoming and outgoing from my number started.
After One month, again my no has blocked. This time my sim/Mobile No. has been blocked completely. When I talked to customer care executive, he did not clarify the reason to blocking my number and they inform only we can send the message on 24th March 2008. I can treat this complaint. They only said their used to lines, "Submit your document for Identity proof".
I got completely fed up from the services provided by the airtel. The customer care executive do not giving the proper response or reason of the problem. Please activate same immediately.
Please suggest.

From the first day of my connection of new relliance number iam trying when ever i get time to customer care refarding some issues about my incoming calls and web world, i am not able to get in touch with any of customer care executive. it is more than two years iam not able even once able to talk to any of this !!!

airtel mobile prepaid connection — sim registration failed
I have taken a new Airtel connection, prepaid, in the month of february from Hajipur Bihar.After seven days all outgoing and incoming calls were barred after a month Sim registration also failed, when enquired i was asked to resubmit my id proof which i have done and it was told that it 'll reactivate within 10 days .however till today the 6th of april nothing has been done... Mb-[protected] I am having mobile with an Airtel connection.My mobile no.is [protected].From few days, I am getting sms with jokes and for it some rupees are being reducted.I desire to deactivate this service.For this purpuse I called customer care for but I was disapponted.Therefore, I request you to unsuscribe this service as fast as possible.

The airtel connection has continously beeing downgraded. IS there anyone who can help on this? My card has been automatically blocked and when contacted customer care the executive replies contact ur nearest airtel office.
This is some kind of joke or what. DONT THE AIRTEL PEOPLE HAVE ANYTHING TO DO EXCEPT HARRASSING.
The service of airtel is so pathetic and downgraded.
I have been using this number [protected] for past 2 months nad the airtel executives states its not registered under my name.
This is a big fooling around with customers.
I NEED CLARIFICATION ON WHY MY CARD WAS BEING BLOCKED AFTER 2 MONTHS.

15 days(12.08.08) they bared my outgoing becuase of non submission of Local addressproof.after submission of that my Local Address Proof they didnot release the outgoing and they cut my incoming also.

airtel /life time prepaid connection — activation of my connection
To whom it may concernI have taken a life time prepaid card of Airtel(Rs.299) on 25/05/2008 .I have used about Rs.2000 of talk value within four months. For last six monts or so it is in idle condition.Last week I have been to banglore and tried to use it. When I started my mobile it shows a response as "Sim card registration failed". My number is [protected]. Please try to activate it immediately or convey me your response.

And this was my corporate connection. I converted this post paid connection into prepaid connection with life time vailidity in mid of the feb 2009 and I gave all the required doc’s. I’m employee of Pasco Automobiles gurgaon. I met an accedent on 17th march 2009. so I came my parmanent resident i.e Bulandshahr (U.P). in the mid of april I went to gurgaon till this connection is in working. During this period I did not use this no. and on 06may when I used this no. it showed sim card registration failed on the screen. This is my business no. and I can’t lost it at any cost. I want this no. and it’s in possible for me to come to Delhi for this matter and I will joined my duty in june 2009 at present I’m not feeling well.
So request you kindly activate my this prepaid no. that is no. [protected] and try to give the confirmation report on my email id earlier.

Airtel Prepaid — Blocking of SIM/Mobile No.
Sir,I purchased a prepaid no from Airtel on 19 dec 2007. For Identity verification, I submitted required document along with the filled form. After few days, my outgoing call facility has been blocked.
I talked to customer care. They told me that I need to submit my documents once again. And, I submitted it to Airtel Office at vikas marg in the hand of Airtel executive. She verified all the document and form, and she gave me receipt. After two days, incoming and outgoing from my no started.
After two days, again my no has blocked. This time my sim/Mobile No. has been blocked completely. When I talked to customer care executive, he did not clarify the reason to blocking my no. They only said their used to lines, "Submit your document for Identity proof".
I got completely fed up from the services provided by the airtel. The customer care executive do not giving the proper response or reason of the problem.
