Airtel — Recharge not happened

On 10 Jul 2013, I recharged my phone [protected] with Rs. 79. But till now am unable to make any calls. I get a message stating, outgoing calls are barred. This was the mail i received on recharging through online banking.

On 12 Kul 2013, I recharged my mom's phone [protected], with Rs. 333 twice. But the recharge has not happened till now. One refund i have received. But the other amount is still there debited to my account.


Its almost two days that i have raised my compliant in one more website, but till now no response from airtel.
Kindly look into the matter asap.
