Airtel — Recharge not happened | |||||
On 10 Jul 2013, I recharged my phone [protected] with Rs. 79. But till now am unable to make any calls. I get a message stating, outgoing calls are barred. This was the mail i received on recharging through online banking. ...................................................................................⇄ " Dear Customer, Service used by User is mobileService Congrats,We have successfully processed your recharge request. Here the Recharge Details of your transaction. Service Used :- mobile Operator : AIRTEL Service Number :[protected] Amount : 79 Transaction Number :[protected] Best Regards, Oxigen Services Pvt. Ltd." ...................................................................................⇄ On 12 Kul 2013, I recharged my mom's phone [protected], with Rs. 333 twice. But the recharge has not happened till now. One refund i have received. But the other amount is still there debited to my account. Its almost two days that i have raised my compliant in one more website, but till now no response from airtel. Kindly look into the matter asap. Was this information helpful? | |||||

AirTel — phone not recharged
I had recharged the Mobile no . [protected] with 330 rupees on 02/06/2008 using the ICICI online banking option.The Transaction details are : BIL/[protected]/0103/[protected] .
The phone is not topped up with 330 rupees .
Could you please check the status of this transaction .
