Airtel is doing such a highly objectionable thing i.e.they send a sms to any consumer & when consumer does press show button the massage comes you have been charged Rs.75.00.I got such experiance day before yesterday.Suddenly I complained to executive & asked to refund my balance & told that if airtel will fail to do so, I would go for portability to change service providor.And naturally I got my balance back.But just now airtel repeated same tactik for a small ammount i.e.Rs.5/-.I am thinking now to compaint in consumer forum.
