Sir,
I have received one sms through you AW-Offer (Airtel) on date 8-1-09 in my cell No. [protected]. In this sms you have written “50 local Airtel minutes MUFT recharge per aap ke liye.Call daren 40p A2A. 60p A2M. 50 Airtel minutes recharge ke 48 hrs baad milege.Val 30 din”. Same time I have recharge Rs. 69.

When I called local Airtel number after 48 hrs then an amount was deducted from my previous amount. In this connection when I contacted to the Costumer care he told me that this facility is only from 11PM to 6AM. I would like to inform you that after 11 pm I never use my phone. It is regretted that you have not mentioned this condition in your sms. When I again contacted in second time to the costumer care, he told me that after some time 50 rupees will be transferred in my account. But one again regretted to inform you that no money has been transferred in my account so far
You are requested to please transfer an amount of Rs 50/- in my account at the earliest otherwise I will be impressed to take the help of consumer court.

My mobile number is [protected]/25 in my name & my wife's name (Dr. R.K.Langer& Mrs Rama Langer).This is a post paid service.We reside at Ph-21, Pallavpuram, Phase - II, Modinagar, Meerut-250110. Every month I get SMs " Services of your Airtel Mobile number has been discontinued due to documentation not received, kindly contact your ARC immediately". I get in touch with the company then the service is restored. Then again next month the same SMS. How many times I have to get my identy verfied. Do you mean to say that I have to waste all my time on this only. I am a senior Scientist in ICAR orgasnization which is a govt Organisation. How to get out of this mess.

    Hi I have applied for the broadband connection on 9th January 2009. Ny application number is 163083.
    I have called airtel couple of times but still no reponse is avaialable. Mt compliant number is 15869876.

    The person resposnible for providing broadband in Indiranagar is Suresh -- [protected]. I am calling this person from airtel atleats 10 times a day but he is not picking uo the call.

    I have paid refundable deposit Rs. 500 and installation amount Rs. 500/- but even this has not been returned.

    Airtel is providing very funny service sometimes. Mostly sales person come and collect the application with money and don't submit the form. These people have incentive programs and targets. So if they already got enough for the month, they wont submit the form that month itself and will try to keep it for next month incentive.. By rule, they have to submit the applications by the end of the day. So you can check the status calling customer care and make sure they submitted the form.
    If they don't submit the form its high priority fault, so they might say they will revert back in 1 day and give a turn around time exactly with seconds :) But they never call back. So have to call them again next day and ask to send it for escalation. Usually they don't escalate a problem by themself( I don't know why, might be they just don't care). Now escalation team will give you some time. Call them back after that time and ask for manager and try to get number of nodal office as soon as possible as this team just say us they will reply back and wont reply too ;)
    Anyway until the sales person don't give the application they won't do anything. My application was with sales person for around 6 days with 3297 rupees and all they did was cut Rs 400 from his salary ;) Some more profit for Bharati Airtel...
    Anyway personally I am planning to go back to bsnl as they never was so bad like this. Even JTO and all used to call me back and let me know the status. In airtel, even customer care people are with ego and will say to you "Why you calling so often, it might be having various technical issues" even when they don't know where is my application itself ;)

      I bough a new Airtel Digital TV connection on 31st Dec 2008. It was installed same day and at the time of taking the package for 2500/-, i was told that the Ultra pack is free for first 3 months. I was given a 500 Rs. Voucher which i used to activate & get the customer ID. I wa also handed over Rs. 2000/- voucher and told to activate within 3 days, which i promptly did second day only. Despite the charging and receipt of confirmation on SMS, the customer ID, balance, validity etc. did not reflect in my account.

      on 17th Jan 2009, the TV stopped working. It said the card is not authorised. Then began my first experience as a customer with the Customer care deptt. of Airtel.

      First call: I was told that the Rs. 500/- voucher was not recharged properly, so recharge the same again and it will start. Result: Nothing happenned after recharging.

      Second Call: I was told that the recharge of 500 & 2000 is showing OK in their systems. There is some technical problem. They will refresh the system so keep the Set Top Box ON. It will start working within half hour. Result: Nothing happenned till 2 hours.

      Third Call: Same reply. Technical Problem. Refreshing again. Will work within few minutes. Result:Nothing for next 3 hours.

      Fourth Call: I insisted to talk to the manager as i was not getting any favourable result from customer care executives. Manager listened to the complaint and also counted the hours the problem was persisting (More than 12 hours !!) He made me go through a technical jugglery (Swith off main power, take out view card, reinsert it etc. ) Result: Nil. He informed that the compleint has been registered and will revert. When asked about TAT (Turn Around Time) i was shocked to listen the reply !! 24 HOURS MINIMUM !!!.

      Fifth Call: Received call from their technical team next morning. Again same reply (Refreshing. Keep Sert TOP Box on). Result. Nothing.

      Imagine a customer expecting world class DTH service as promised and out of the 3 Months free package, the services stopping within 15 days !!! And despite no fault of the customer, i am without TV for more than 36 Hours... Worse than my local Cable guy... Never such a thing happened ever with him..

      Result: Worse kind of service by Airtel and pathetic customer care... I regret the decision to go for Airtel after arguing with my wife who was in favour of Tata SKY. I regret my decision within 15 days. Am sure am not going to renew my account after the initial free period is over;

      My appeal to all future customers of Airtel DTH, Dont go for such a company who dont care a damn about customers... Just go through all the lists of complaints against Airtel at this website and then make your mind whether its better to save few bucks or suffer later for no fault...

      This is reference to the above Cust ID. We have purchased one digital connection last for one year south package. It is working fine. We got a free coupon from Airtel during the new postpaid mobile connection. Mob No [protected]. We have sent the SMS to “54325” on 30.12.08 and got the acknowledgement for the same. Even today, 17.01.09 after 19 days the same is not activated. We have contacted your customer care and wasted more than 5 times. We even talk to the floor manage in your customer care center.



      Why it is happening like this. Will any one give us an answer?

      IN SHORT AIRTEL SERVICES ARE THE MOST HORRIBLE ONE THE MARKET.AND IT SURELY IS A TERRIFYING EXPERIENCE THAT I HAD WITH AIRTEL.THEY SHOULD BE SUED AND SHOULD STOP ALL THEIR SERVICES.
      All these companies must have physical offices in each city/town where customers can barge in if their complaints are not rectified in reasonable timeframe and there must be a city based subscribers union where customers can give real feedback on percentage of those having problems and get true picture.

      AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — Bad Service & warranty Problem

      i am Mahendra have Airtel Digital TV, I was purchased before 5 month & i got problem from last 3 months, nobody taking any action on it. when we call to customer care they told to contact Dealer & dealer is not listing i have to complaint daily, i want to say all people that airtel digital TV is a bad product & Bad services from it 2 times set top box changed but it was not succesfully running. so all person who think to purchase Airtel digital TV they think about its services & Product.

      I have taken this connection on Sunday that is on 18th.
      From the day 1, i was facing problems and many times i have contacted customer care.
      To tell you the fact you have a poor customercare rep. and one person is saying one thing and the other on his on opinion.
      I had taken South Super and i have Surya TV, Suvarna TV and Kiran TV to get and from the day one i said i am not getting and they say to switch off the receiver and then take card and then to insert and switch on... And i do as a fool always and waiting for 30 min. and still the same. I am not getting this channels and finally today,
      I have called customercare and one fellow he was saying there was no complain that i made till now. What a foolish fellow? I have complained almost 5 times and he is saying that i never complained and in system its not showing???
      Now i have requested to cancel my connection and i need to get the amount i have paid and i need a compensation for what Airtel company had made me foolish, gave me stress and destroyed my peace when i had chatted with Customercare. The last fellow agreed as to give the compensation and i have recorded in my phone and the company have the proof. So now requesting to end this with the above thing or else, you will force me to register an FIR and to go to consumer court for my rights????

      Looking forward for a peaceful end.
      This mail will be published on net on all blogs and in some websites so that People will not get into Airtel products and be foolish-ed.

      AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — BAD SERVICES TO ITS CUSTOMER BY AIRTEL DIGITAL TV

      A FAMILY SUFFERING FROM BAD SERVICE OF AIRTEL DIGITAL TV SINCE LAST SIX MONTHS!

      Sir,
      I am feeling very bad to inform you that how a reputed company like Airtel is not so serious about its consumer and made me troubled in that extent in last six month that I have decided to use anything but Air tel digital TV.
      TV is for entertainment in our family. But let me tell you it has become nightmare for us! I took a connection of Air tel digital TV ID [protected]. It has got warranty for one year. Exactly one year everything was alright. Just in the month of 13 month trouble was started. We did complain and it was intimated that as 12 months completed, now nothing can be done. Engineer will come and change the set top box (STB). We have to give Rs 100 for his visit and Approx 400 for STB change. No body came or contacted for few days. On repeated complain some body contacted on phone and said to bring STB. I did so and deposited the STB in the Dibrugarh office. He said that it will come from Guwahati so come after few days. After few inquiries I was said to deposit Rs 400 and I will be given a new STB with three more months warranty. But practically I was given a STB of some one else's used and office staff said this is the only process. Now two and half month every thing was OK. After that it was started malfunctioning. It will take long 1 to 2 hrs to initiate the TV program every time I open the TV switch. When this problem persisted for few days I was discussed and complained to customer care about the problem on 21 Oct 11. Complaint No 12877242 dated 21 Oct 2011. The customer care said as three months not yet completed and you are complaining so you will get the warranty. You need not to pay any extra charge for it. Engineer will come within 24 Hrs and will solve the problem. After that I have to give him a happy code which I got during the complaint. But nobody visited to me. And I got a massage that your problem has been resolved if not SMS. I replied and was practically charged Rs 5 but nothing was done. I again complained to customer care that without solving my complaint how resolve message was came and again given complaint. But result was same. Without solving my problem SMS came that problem has been resolved if not SMS. How they again sent the message that complain has been resolved once happy code which I supposed to give to visiting engineer after solving the problem is with me. That's where I felt cheated and consumer's right was hurt. All the SMS I have kept save in my mobile. Since then I have complained several times stating my problem but still unresolved. My other complaint numbers which I can recollect now is 14035229 & 16372081. In between I visited in their Dibrugarh office, but they said that as three months is over so I have to pay again Rs 350. I said I am complaining since warranty was not expired. They said we can’t do anything now. My family kept on suffering with the problem keeping switch on TV, hours before telecast will start. Thinking that my complaints will work someday and STB will be replaced I became habituated to live with the problem. Though some times in anger and frustration I will stop recharging, then company will definitely en-quire about not recharging. I will explain them why I stop watching or recharging sometimes stating my problem. But no solution came so far. Once after a gap of approximately 10 days I did recharge on 3 Apr 12. But I did not see any image also till the time I am writing complain on 5 Apr 12. I again complained (Complaint No. 17552212 dated 04 Apr 2012). They already charged reactivate charge + that day's normal viewing charge. Again next day I en-quired but same false promise of engineer visit and no one practically visited and that days charge was also deducted without viewing.
      Now I am really fade up of its service.
      First of all I want to know that in spite of complaint within the warranty (Complaint No. 12877242 dated 21 Oct 2011) why my STB was not changed? Why company was sleeping for so long? What are the compensation of my family’s loss of ‘peace of mind’ for not able to watch their favorite tv program and keep on sitting anxious in front of TV. How without happy code message was sent to me that your problem has been resolved? Once my complaint was registered (Complaint No. 17552212 dated 04 Apr 2012) and I was not able to view at all why balance of my dish tv kept on deducting?

I have sent atleast 5-6 emails but no response from them. Acc#[protected]... Really unhappy with Airtel

        This is with reference to the connection no. [protected] which I had purchased along with the data card costing Rs. 5000/- from Airtel on Oct 2007. The data card never worked on my computer system. I promptly logged a complaint to the customer support. Not to talk of resolving the problem, they were extremely unhelpful and unknowledgeable. I kept on paying the monthly rentals of Rs. 350/-approx for at least 6 months hoping that the fault with the data card will be corrected or it will be replaced which never happened. Since the issue left unresolved even for so many months, I stopped paying the monthly rentals. I have been constantly apprising the pestering collection calls of the issue and the current situation but the tone of the calls started becoming threatening. Since I was left with no patience, , I wanted Airtel to take back the faulty hardware and reimburse me for the cost price of the hardware and the bills paid till date and duly approached the nodal officer and subsequently appellate officer. However, no solution has been provided though nodal office acknowledged the problem. Instead, company keeps on following even more vigorously ( atleast few calls every day ) and has also sent a legal notice 3 days back.

        The last development indicates that company likes to bulldoze its customers into accepting bad service by creating nuisance and my preferred action would be to take them to court so that many other more hapless customers of theirs don't suffer the same fate.

        I agree with you. I myself am going through a tormenting experience with the customer care executives. These people are not only rude but they make accusations at you. They pretend to check their system for problems and keep lying that you requested services that you never subscribed for!

          Sub: Complaint for Serious Deduction from Prepaid No [protected]

          Dear Sir,

          I am an Airtel Subscriber Mob no. [protected] Airtel Prepaid. I did an easy recharge of full talktime of Rs 444/- on 11-01-09. But next day I got 2 same msg for Hellow Tune activation that I have not desired and around 60/- got deducted instantly. Next day again it charged 60/-, the same day I demanded to clarify for the deduction amount that charged twice for same subscription. One Airtel Executive (named Amman Kapoor, though no such person is there that other CS Executive told later) were not able to provide the clarification and unwanted argument arose after that the whole prepaid balance deducted by successive subscriptions messages, now it is Negative 20/-.
          What is this???? I a really wonderful for that.

          In the meantime I have recd a complaint no [protected] by Ms Veena, Floor Supervisor on 16-01-08 at 11am for further correspondence while I repeat the whole story to her.
          Again Mr Uman has called me from Airtel around 2pm and confirmed that the said amount (around 450/- so) will be refunded by next 24 hrs. But I am still waiting for the refund.

          I have consecutively spoken couples of Airtel Executives and Supervisors but nothing have resolved yet.

          You people know that its how horrible to reach a customer care executive!

          Note that it is a PREPAID balance and HARD EARNED money. I’ll not indulge it at any cost. It's a kind of SMART CHEATING, I have to loose my precious communication also in deadline and I am really HARASSED with this problem. Why people be bother with your interrupted service? It’s not only a matter of deduction of prepaid rather it’s a matter of CUSTOMER HARASSMENT.

          Concern person please… please contact me as early possible for final solution.

            Iam staying in chennai, and applied for Airtel broadband connection on 10.09.2009.Marketing excutive confirmed it will be done with in 5 working days, but 10 days left not yet done, i checked with [protected], they said wait for another 10 days...My connect form no 860768, i dont want ur connection, deact the process immeadetly...

              We are happy to take 6 new corporate connections for our office, at the time of introducing sales executive told us that the per call charges would be .30 paise per min. but we always receive the bill with .50 paise after complaining him several times he asure that it would cut down on your new bill but it not happened till date. Now, we stop paying the bill and ask him / airtel customer care for settlement but they show lack intereset on it. WHAT DO TO? WE STUCK IN A BAD CONDITION. PLEASE HELP!

              Airtel-GPRS Service — GPRS activation improper

              I have been trying to contact airtel at 121 and [protected] but it was of no use as the call just gets disconnected after choosing all the options. I am paying for the GPRS service but still not able to access my office mails on this address on my mobile.I do not want GPRS for accessing internet but for accessing my office mails. I do not want to pay fo something when i am not able to use it. Please someone help me. Either please disconnect the service or i should be able to use the service to access my official mails.

              I am really surprised with the no responsibility attitude of airtel (they do not even call back if they have n't heard the complaint o[censored]ser). They actually do not want to entertain any complaints.

              Is this one of biggest companies of India whose CEO had been awarded many coveted awards of EY and ET etc. What a shame if some foreigner takes the service of airtel, they will be in for a biggest surprise of their life!!! Also i am concerned with such poor quality service and wonder why a Singapore based Company invested in such a Company which does not have a minimum quality standards, even MTNL is far better then Airtel.

              If somebody is hearing especially brabd amabassadors please stop appearing for this Company's ad...they are not worth it.

              Airtel India Ltd. — Improper Billing of GPRS services

              I have corporate connection plan of airtel mobile services.Airtel has charged 3783.40 Rs. for GPRS services for the billing period of 05-Sep-2009 to 04-Oct-2009. I haven't used this GPRS services in my mobile.As per airtel record they have activated GPRS services in my mobile on[protected] and stopped GPRS on[protected].And as per our record sms by airtel GPRS services activated on[protected] and deactivated on[protected].After that I don't have any record of SMS of GPRS activation in my mobile.
              I request you to please look in to this matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

              Reply After Receiving email from Airtel................
              As per your statement in below email of GPRS activation on 21 July 2009 is wrong bcoz related to this I don't have any SMS provided by Airtel. I have not made any request of GPRS activation after the[protected].This is your server or database problem of billing and you people are adjusting this money in to my account.
              I have clearly told you that I haven't used GPRS services b/w these dates.This is some kind of backend problem of your billing system and you need to check this again.Since last two times you are returning GPRS money in to my account which you have charged earlier to me.This SMS I have already forwarded to 121 from [protected] please check this.
              I request you please check from backend bcoz this is the server or backend problem.

              This is to bring to your notice that i am using airtel connection no. [protected] on the name of Mr. Prashant Malhotra.I got Gprs connection activated but no details were told by sales exec. Executive said on daily basis Rs 20 will be deducted .Now when i have received the bill the the usage of Gprs was around 1200 approx, which was too high and no clear information regarding the same was given by airtel customer care executives.When verbal complaint was launched they clearly said they cant help & you have to pay this amount.

              Now a days internet is so cheap. Airtel broadband connection ( landline) is available at rent of Rs 599/- with unlimited useage & the same company is charging different plan to its customers using mobile connection which is brech of trust to loyal & old customers.Apart from this competitor Vodafone is giving the same plan( GPRS ) at monthly rent of Rs 299/-useage unlimited.

              More over when I gave request to stop my GPRS on 2nd Dec, even after receving the message that it will stop within few hours, it was stopped on 7th Dec after my reminder again at airtel customer care.Why should I pay more for service which I have not used .As such there is no check available where the customer can see his daily useage.

              In these circumstances if you can help me to rectify the bill, I can continue with the connection and if not pls stop the connection from immediate effect.I will not give you any further reminders to close the connection.This is my 1st & the last written reminder to close the connection.

              looking forward for a positive reply from you.

              Hi,
              I got a missed call today (4th Jan '11) in the eveining , from [protected]. actually I have seen the number from my mobile is like +9234..., I thought that it's somewhere from India, and I called back, that person who talks in hindi, said that you won 25 lakh lottery from Airtel for your special number, and he gave a number ([protected], Mr .Sighaniya, Senior Supervisor) asked me to call to him, but I didn't make any calls to that number,suspecting it for a fake call.
              Immediatly I checked with airtel customer care, and they told me that already such calls are being received by other airtel customers also, where they are asking for bank details.

              I want airtel, to become proactive in registering such complains and inform all their users about the same
              so that customers may not fall in such traps.

                    i have sent a text message for the activation of gprs settings at (MO 52567)and mobile office settings(MO 223 (10 DIGIT PIN NO ON THE GPRS CARD) on 17th of jan 2009, i got 2 confirmation message that your gprs will be activated within 24 hrs and your request has been saved. your mobile office will be activated within 48 hrs,

                    so i again tried to cal 121 than i was told that your service will be activated on 19 jan 2009 at 6.30 pm,
                    when i checked my mobile for internet use i was unable to use internet service coz it was not activated and i was also trying to cal 121 but they have transferred my cal to computerized service, i was jus fed up of this service, its really cheap. they cant full fill their commitment on time, i just wanna know if they can provide me better service if not please disconnect my connection and return my money

                          I fully agree with Amit Arora's comments. All those things should really happen to these money-greedy people who have no respect for customers and India as well. Our politicians and these companies like Airtel are together making our country one of the worst in the world. I guess all these greedy people have originated from the worst nalas ... Utterly rotten politics and the same with these telemarketing greedy lousy people, esp Airtel.
                          I just want to add to my above comment here:

                          With Airtel's utter disregards to customers, I want to tell them only one thing: If they believe in Karma, then know this, each of your rotten employee will see their mother taking rebirth as a randi and will be torn apart by gangs... all this just because of your greed and nothing is worse than to see your dear one suffer because of your sins. Feeling really sorry for your family members who may have money today, but very bad fortune awaits them because of your sins towards the Indian consumers. The ball is in your court now.

                          A very very dejected Airtel consumer. There is no need to provide the mobile number also, because there will be no justice done to us whatever we do.. however loud we cry. So the only justice left will be you lousy people seeing your dear ones suffer the worst and forever. They shall suffer because you chose such ugly methods...
                          I'd registered for DND when it was announced in Aug 2007 itself & have made repeated complaints to Airtel since then & even after several assurances from airtel customer care, i continue to get unsolicited calls & SMS's for promotions of everything from personal loans to free credit cards.

                          Now i receive a "test sms" from a certain, "TD Snapdeal". !! Wow !! that beats everything, when i've never asked for any dealing with the so called TD !!

                          I'm most disgusted with even the call center no : 121, since when we call, we are not given an option of queries for DND. Even in the website, there's no provision for registering complaints reg DND !!

                            Dear sir/madam,

                            sub: airtel postpaid bill amount exceeding the credit limit, without notice

                            I have used airtel prepaid connection for last 3 years in NCR, last month I have converted to postpaid. My plan is 2G combo, 399 Rs, as per my plan, i have 1.5GB 2GB GPRS free and 750 mins local call free.

                            Now, as per their bill, I have used 1.9 GB, for this extra 0.4 GB they are charging around Rs.4000 extra amount.

                            But as per my mobile data usage, i have used only 1.4 GB, and I have kept balance 100 MB as spare.

                            If suppose if any how I had used 2G data more than the alloted to me, Airtel haven't messaged me regarding extra data usage and they have directly reflected in the bill. So why should I pay extra 4000 Rs for their system fault. And this amount I can never pay.

                            I do not want to take this risk in future, as they can bill me any amount. But I want to stick to my mobile number. Their customer care are imposing me to pay this bill amount otherwise they will stop my number.

                            Kindly help in this regard.

                                everyweek RS20/- deducted as a charge wap subcription so i want to unsubscripe. so many complaints registered to customercare but till time amount deducted.so if you are not rectify the problem i will submit the airtel sim.expect your earlier remedy

                                  Go to Edit Profile in ur speedflirt...and at the end u'll find a small small logo called Unsubscribe...just click on dt and u'l b free from this service forever...

                                    Hi,

                                    This is a CUSTOMER HARRASEMENT! Airtel can be sued for this.

                                    I have received several Due Date SMSes since last one week. My payment due date is 16-Jan which I am well aware of and thats the reason I have signed up for standard instruction/auto debit to my credit card. Well Airtel seems to be forgetting this everytime. I still have the apology letter sent to me with regard to late fees charged even though the standing instructions exsists.

                                    Here are the number of time i received the SMSs from our dear Airtel, which does not really bother to do something!

                                    1st SMS - 13th Jan 8:44AM (Good Morning greeting from Airtel. :))
                                    2nd SMS - 15 Jan 7:27AM
                                    3rd SMS - 15 Jan 10:07AM (2nd SMS of the day).
                                    4th SMS - 16 Jan 8:03AM (bad news for people who getup late)
                                    5th SMS - 16 Jan 11:00AM (2nd for the day).
                                    6th SMS - 16 Jan 11:29AM (3rd for the day).
                                    7th SMS - 17 Jan 8:56AM (today Airtel decided to give me an hour more of sleep).

                                    Thanks for the owesome SMSs. You dont have to remind me that SMSs from Airtel(its own network is free). Get rid of these payment reminders when i have signed up for a Standing instructions.

                                    Would apprecaite if someone takes this seriously and gives me a call to explain.

                                      I have been received unsolicited message from 56363 on my Airtel prepaid number [protected] I have complained to the Customer Service of Airtel regarding this, but they did not do anything about it.

                                      ANd for this they charging 10 Rs per message. I do get 5 to 20 message per month. Even I did not subcerbed for this.
                                      Even I am getting these SMS daily . As per TRAI directive one cannot send such SMS with number like 56563, without the Identification of the senders source location.I started receiving the message after one of my friend gave my AIRTEL number to MegaMart shop for getting a FREE T-shirt since they insisted for him to give a AIRTEL number .
                                      As I have found ---
                                      Bulk sms gateway/shortcode 56363 - " Nazara is a leading mobile entertainment company focused on the 100 million+ mobile subscriber base in India. We develop a range of branded and original mobile content that is highly relevant to the culturally diverse consumer base in the country."
                                      I guess this is the company is sending the SMS.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I would like to inform that my blackberry activation charges has been paid twice. I had to pay for it once in the beginning and after the bill was generated it showed that the amount had not been cleared. I have the proof from the bank statement that it has been paid, and inspite of that the airtel customer services insist that it has not been paid. The amount was credited to my credit card again via the smart pay facility. I have a confirmation email from Airtel that the amount has already been paid, along with the bank statement. I would like to know why I have been charged the same amount again. I would be grateful if Airtel would look into it and refund the amount Rs6999 back.
