I have Aquagaurd Nova which I bought in 2006.
In april 2009 I shifted to Delhi and called the engineer from the authorised service center, of my area (Hotline services india ) to install the aquagaurd.He recommended that I take 1 year AMC with him in which he would change the carbon once and the candle twice and attend to any fault which may require repair.
After the first service (change of candle and carbon) I realised that the buttons of the aquagaurd where not working, - the music button did not play and the water button would trip .
Dispite repeated complain in the sevice centre no one came
Then on april 23 2010 I got a call from the service centre that my service was due and would i like to renew the contract. Just to get the seviceman visit me i agreed on phone and la-behold the man was there the next day and he changed the carbon and the candle both. When i told him that i dont want AMC he gave me a huge bill for his services and said that i have to pay because my contract expired two days back . He spoke to his office on phone and he fidelled with the aquagaurd and now i get no water
The sevice centre now refuse to repair it
This is blackmail...
