Sir, i am customer of Airtel. but from last one week my number becomes idle. Every day i am going to Airtel Local office and taking Duplicate sim card and mailing to Airtel. then what about my Job?. i am on leave from last one week. i lost one week salary or more because of Airtel. i am doing part time business of collecting parcels from different institutions and delivering it to concerned authorities. but i lost all my business because dealers are telling that every time your number is switched off. so we have cancelled your agreement and you should pay our compansation Rs.15000. because i could not able to collect their parcel in time and cant able to concerned parties in time. they have deducted it from my initial deposit. i have paid more than Rs.1000 for transportation to come Airtel Office situated in Manipal. i fear that i will loose my job too. because from last one week i have not attended for duty. i have many family problems. i have to look after my family. if i will loose both then what shall i do? Please tell me. who will pay my money back. who will give back my part time business( Pacell business ). sir, airtel is cheating their customers. i have suffered by many problems because of airtel's action. i don't know why they are giving unnecessary trouble to me. i lost more than Rs. 20000. who is responsible for this.
