Bharti Airtel Limited — Troubles Facing for a Old Disconnected Line

Address:North 24 Parganas, West Bengal

AIRTEL THE BIGGEST CHEATINGBAAZ COMPANY IN THE INDUSTRY!

They
1) Beg to you to get their connection
2) Make you beg to disconnect a connection !

I am going in for

1) A petition the High Court and,

2) A PIL in the Supreme Court against unnecessary harassment of innocent customer in which I will make TRAI a party.

Just go through the communication details as under with them.

Dear Haritha M / S. Vinoda,

Your Customer retention executive (Name : Abhishek Das) had visited my
place on 14/9/2010 and seen the equipment return note and collected a
fresh application for disconnection. I have mentioned the details of
my situation in the note. He said your problem is clear and will be
solved immediately once he updates the system.

Yesterday I got a call from your local billing department, they stated
that one of my old bill for the Month of April, 2010 is due and later
on they said it is ok and I have no dues. I have informed your billing
department that I have cleared all bills upto May, 2010 i.e. the Month
in which my instrument was picked up from my home.

I still receiving calls from your automated voice calling system
reminding me to clear my dues, which I don't have.

If you have any reconciliation statement confirming your claim please
send the same otherwise don't put in irresponsible claims without
proof. Please let me know the way it can be resolved in writing.

Please treat this not as a final notice after which I will be forced to
approach the appropriate authorities for legal recourse. I am giving
you 7 working days from today to revert on this.

Thanking you in anticipation.

Yours truly,

Sandip Pal

Old Subscriber of your land line which was disconnected and instrument
was taken away on June 10th, 2010. (No. [protected])
