[Resolved] Bharti Airtel Ltd. (Mobile Services) — Customer Helpline issue | |
I have a cell number of Airtel. They are deducting an Amount from my prepaid balance for Value added services but it was not working from last one year. I complain lots of time and have lot of Service request number they always told me that they will resolve the problem but never done. There helpline number keep me for hold and then after a long wait my call disconnect automatically this happens again and again. Now I need help for the same because there senior are also not help me out. I have an Airtel Connection [protected] taken from Delhi around 6 years back . Recently I have shifted to Kolkata and before leaving Delhi and even after coming to Kolkata, I requested AIRTEL helpline to help me convert to a Kolkata Number. This was because My family is an AIRTEL family and we have got 6 airtel numbers Mobile + Landline Together. Sorry to say I was made to wait and wait after which I switched over to Kolkata Vodafone connection out of simple frustration . Till date there is no response. My only request is please tell me what's the amount due rightaway and wind up the connecton with immediate effect on confirmation of payment . A line of confirmation will be highly appreciated .
I have an AIRTEL Delhi Number [protected] .For the last 3 months or so, I had been receiving unwanted SMS-es especially from ": Model of the day": which blatantly told me that one rupee per msg is being deducted . I contacted AIRTEL helpline several times, even went to AIRTEL Kiosks to get those SMS sources unsubscribed. Everytime I was told problem has been rectified .I came to know that I was loaded with lies when my last Bill came, A hopping 2000= 00+ burden whereas my average usage for the last few months was hardly a few hundreds. And the offending part came from VAS section. I refuse to pay the VAS part in this bill. Please disconnect my Number from your list and I have already switched over to VODAFONE. I am going to unsubscribe from AIRTEL for my other 4 family AIRTEL Mobiles and TWO LANDLINES SOON if my request is not entertained fast.

i never connected to hello tune, but your team is activated automatically through your staff, i tried to connected on customer service 121 and [protected] for prepaid, there is only the record voice heard from your customer care. your never come to line. then how can i contact you on line.
fradualant case will be filed on you, if you are not refund for hello tune and deactivated the hello tune.your costomer care never come on phone and ther were only playing the repeated tap recorded voice come to heard.my mobile no [protected].

1) 121 will be barred after how many calls in a day at customer care and what is the time limit to open the services at 121.

Airtel — Daily deduction of Rs.1.99 without having any value added services
Respected Sir,My mobile no. is [protected]. There is daily deduction of Rs.1.99 from my balance from nov '07. At that time I complainted to your customer care department & they said that your sms11 pack had activated. to deactivate send us sms & I have send it several times. But the deduction was continued. After that from last 1 month that is march' 08 whole month I talked to your customer care department everyday but sometimes systems were down, sometimes your agent were in hurry to end the call, some agents said that we can see the deduction but dont know the reason, & sometimes agents says in your record there is no deduction as such. I have also sms to 121 many many times. I have also visited your airtel gallery nearby my house in vashi (navi mumbai). All your agent says that your complaint will be solved in 24 hrs but your 24 hrs. never comes.
This is my last hope. From now I am not going to recharge my mobile till my problem solve and I get refund of money.
