Consignment[protected] was not deliverd till date Why?????

Sir, My quarry for Docket No.[protected] dated[protected]. plz. tell me about this immediately, was this meterial recd. to ludhiana or not,

my consignment no.is.[protected],[protected], it is dispatch from Nijamudin dehli to Gwalior.i m traking but not report find plz sir chk it.

I am from Genus Power Infrastructure Ltd, Jaipur, corporate customer of Blazeflash courier services.
On 22nd March, I courier one mobile battery to Satna (MP) against courier receipt number[protected]. The packet has been delivered today in an OPEN CONDITION & BATTERY is MISSING from the packet.

We are the loyal customer of Blazeflash but today's incident has buzzed our confidence. Can you please look into this case. (Receipt number is already mentioned over and above).

I fully agree with almost all the comments given above. I have also sufferd like this at the hands of this company. The real problem is the quality of their complaint handling. The people at the telephone make you wait for long minutes and then hang up. You send e-mails. There is never any response from anyone although they claim that the customer complaints are handled at the highest level. This is a very very unreliable service. The booking agent washes his hands off any complaint. It is high time the Consumer Courts come into picture for such services

i have couriered one packet from tughlpur, greater noida to Chandigarh dated on 08-04-10 consignment no[protected] which is not delivered till today. it was couriered to name of jagat singh the deputy superintendent of home confidential branch room no 37, fifth floor, civil secretary at haryana Chandigarh haryana, because the consignment has not delivered so i have the complete rights to go to counsumer court you are breaking the trust of the customers.

My supplier sent me a porsel from gujarat. But i'm not receive it. Its dispatched on 11.04.2010 Docket no is[protected]

i am not setisfied with the services of blazeflash courier, i have booked a pecket for haryana, after 15 dayes i got the information that address is incompleate. i am also enlosing the copy of e-mail i gave to chair man of the compney

Well I completely agree with you.Its better to use Speed Post and other courier services than Blazeflash.
My consignment to Assam took 2 weeks to reach from Noida.

The consignment no.[protected], dt 22/06/10 has not been delivered to the customer. Pls. confirm the status.

Our Docket No. A[protected] dated 10/06/2010 is still not recieved by us. Kindly note that same packet was booked from Faridabad to Noida. The Management is FRAUD not giving any reply. When we are searching many of case found that packet not delivered by Blazeflash, in view of the same Mr.Aggarwal dont have strong Administration so he should close the same business and start another business, where admn not required.
