The following happened in June last year. So far nothing has happened and Mr. Prashanth of Blue Dart who is the Branch Manager doesn't attend to my calls anymore.

A total of 6 boxes were booked to sent to Bangalore (3 parcels), Hyderabad (one) and Kolkata (two) on 16.06.2008. The packages were collected from my store at 7:40pm on the same day. Along with the original invoices inside the boxes, I personally handed over 2 copies of each invoice to your staff who had come in for collection. I was worried about the packages being held up because of the cut-off time since they contained live plants which would perish. I was assured that the packages would leave for their destinations on the same day itself. I was not given a tracking number or receipt since they did not carry the same with them.

However, the next morning I received calls from Bangalore that they had not received the package. I called up your office that afternoon to ask for the tracking numbers. The receptionist told me that no package from me was received the previous evening. It was only at 5 in the evening that I came to know from Mr. Muralidharan that the packages were still lying in your office for want of invoice copies. However, he then made arrangements to ship them immediately.

The agony didn't end there and only one parcel was delivered by the end of the next day 18.06.2008. The astonishing part was that none of the Bangalore consignments were delivered. The Bangalore parcels finally were delivered only yesterday afternoon 19.06.2008. One Kolkata parcel was delivered yesterday evening and as of now, one parcel to Howrah is yet to be delivered.

I have already showed the mails and sms replies that I received from my clients, regarding to the bad condition of the plants. I also showed you that I have already had to ship replacements by other modes of transport. I request you to kindly compensate my losses and damages to my reputation caused by these delays. I request you to kindly refund the amounts of my invoices as under.

    In reply they committed due to their mistake shipment is not taken but definitely be sended to you by 2' 0 clock .Then I have called your Customer Care Call Centre No.[protected], & discussed the same with Mr anupam, he was very rude to me & said that packet will be deliver as per their convenient & then again I have discussed with your Supervisor, she has assured to do the delivery by 5:00 PM
    It is really surprising that if it is reffered urgent life saving drugs are there that has to be delievered by 27 mar 11 o'clock in that shipment, still they are in Delhi .You people charges extra money for good services and your services are seen worst, it is your fault that the shipment got missed in Delhi .Please try to send it urgently by today afternoon by any transport air, car, or by any other means because if there is any loss is there for patient life or to patient we will sue you.It is very sorry to see that you are not holding your commitment.

      Due to mistake of dealing agency, I suffered a lot. The agency entered wrong pin no 226016 instead of 226012 and my document kept circulating in Lucknow city.

      The packet was posted from Mehsana/Ahmedabad to Lucknow.

      However, the executive Mr Shridhar was very cooperative & helped in delivery even though delayed.

      However, agency should be punished for PUNCHING WRONG PIN .

      Reliability factor is reducing.

        Dear Sir/Madam I am holding HDFC Credit card more than five years during this period I have never got such experience that the delivery person namely Venu from blue dart did not deliver my card simply went to their office and said I have changed my address it is amazing today i.e.04/03/2009 I have got my credit card statement from manikanta courier they delivered it to me but the blue dart people unnecessary harrasing me and they are very rude to the customer it is hurting first they given me the telephone number[protected]/60 on this number I have spoken to MR.Rao he said he will send the credit card between 2-5 PM on 04/03/2009 but they did not come to deliver it again I went to their office at Hyderguda Hyderabad the staff was rudely spoken with me and said they will send the card back to the issuing office again I have requested to their customer support office at this number[protected] and spoken to MR, Paul he said he has send my request their hyderguda office but they did not deliver my credit card after showing my ID Proof and address proof and credit card statement they did not hear me and send me back empty handed. In these circumstances I request to you in future please dont send my credit card with blue dart they are useless fellows kindly look into the matter and take necessary action against the rude staff of blue dart. My airway bill Number is [protected] dated 28/02/2009 it seems the delivery boy of blue dart namely venu intends to misuse my credit card he has not right to hold my credit card for 04 days kindly look into the matter.

          Subject :Waybill Number : [protected] of Blue Dart Courier

          Regarding my credit card no.[protected]

          Dear Sir,


          I have to state that.

          Blue Dart informed me that as I was not at home on 26th feb 09 they are unable to deliver the packet of Waybill Number : [protected] of Blue Dart Courier.

          After my enquiries I concluded that, deliberately, Blue Dart Courier is not delivering me the above mentioned packet containing my reissued credit card.

          And when I called the blue dart official at 9.39 in the morning today 27th feb 09, the reason for non delivery of the packet, I was told that blue dart shall deliver only when I shall be present in person at my home address.

          I had a talk with city bank call centre regarding one debit in my current month’s statement. The date of debit was in the month of nov 08, upon my suspicion citi bank offered me to block the card and issue a new one in place of it without cost, which I readily accepted. And the card came on time thanks to the prompt service of citi bank.

          However,

          It seems that the prompt disposal of my matter by citi bank, and sending me the card with equally promptness has turned futile due to the bad services of the Blue Dart courier services.

          My Complaint.

          I am now complaining that blue dart courier has defaulted in his services, and I have to suffer in terms that could be described as :-

          My requirements that could have been fulfilled by using the card services are jeopardized by the courier agency

          I have to pay my dues to citi bank, to which, it seems obvious that without credit card number it is going to be a matter of concern in near future.

          I have been subject to harassment mentally while pursuing the blue dart people for the delivery my above mentioned dox, and as per my experience I can observe that the staff of Blue dart are not competent enough to understand my requests to deliver the packet at my home address, and when I explain that it can be delivered at my office address in case bonafide evidence are required. And there they can check my identity, signature, and can have any other material evidence of me being the genuine person, they decline and claim that they shall not deliver at my office address.

          The same incident is repeating with me twice and again, I lost my card last year, and the same had come from the same blue dart courier, and that time also I had to run from pillar to post to have my card delivered at my home address and after much requests and after lodging a complaint the card was delivered to me I told this thing to the blue dart call centre this time also but they seemed unconcerned, while last time they delivered the card it took so long, and much complaining to which I received a call from blue dart finally that they regret and ask sorry for the same and assured me that the same thing shall not occur in future and here they are, and think the miseries and horrors of last time I experienced are causing pain to me and it seem only god can intervene in this unending misbehaving of the blue dart people with me however, last time I simply acknowledged their concern and that they feel regret over what had happened

          However this time why should not I request the citi bank, and the blue dart officials to initiate an enquiry in this matter, and why should not I choose to present my case with and independent authority thereto, or why should not I be present myself before the concerned judicial authorities.

          i m shivangi goyal from bharatpur rajasthan, i have just opend a Account in AXIS bank and axis bank send all docs through Blue drat courier, and today i receive a massage on my mobile from (Bludart courier C/O Agency Opp Union Bank, Nai mandi bharatpur, [protected]) that You collect your courier from my office, and when i call on that no. she says to me that i have no field boy for deliverd your courier and when i says to her that i dont know nothing i want to my courier today my house so she say to me that i have't your full address i know that she telling lie with me, so i give my address again and i also says if you have any problem to send my courier to my house so send it my office if it is sutaitable for you, after this she say to me on commenting way that your courier deliver today but still this time the courier is not recived and i know very well that they not deliverd my courier, so now plz tell me that why i m collect my courier..

          Plz give me a verified ans, to me.

            No notice/intimation regarding Consignment number [protected] of Blue Dart Courier Services was given to us till date. How the action may be taken regarding the delivery of consignment? It is not possible to take any action without the details of consignment. Why we were not intimated till date on address given on the consignment. It is a serious matter.

            We may move to consumer court on the lapses on your part. Please expedite the matter and ensure immediate action in the matter.

              The Blue Dart courier company picked up material worth Rs. 50000+ from my office in Delhi on 20 January 2009 for delivery to Bhubhaneshwar.

              The docket number is : [protected]

              The courier company has failed to deliver the material even after almost a month has gone by. They are also not informing us about what happened to the material.

              Our company officials called them repeatedly, at first they dilly-dallied and asked for time, and now they are saying they cannot trace the material.

              It seems to me that the Blue Dart Couriers is not doing business, but robbery.

              Their attitude towards customer care is very poor. They do not assign any complaint numbers, and do not provide you tracking information for the complaint.

              They will also make false promises that somebody from the company will call back, and nobody calls back.

              If bluedart cannot deliver my material, then I can only believe that the material was stolen by bluedart company.

              I wonder how many companies they have duped in a similar manner.

              I strongly recommend that you do not use blue dart if you want to keep your costly material safe.

              my a courier no [protected] come from Birla sun life insurance co. Mumbai dispatched dt 20.02.09 and deliver dt 23.02.09at Birla insurance office Moradabad. whence this courieor deliverd to my residence add.
              we several time request in your moradabad office please deliverd this courieor my residence .but they no take action above this matter .after that we recived this courier dt 03.03.09 from Birla insurance office .
              so i request please take the proper action .

              Very Very Poor Service

              I ordered a mobile at ebay it shipped from indore to Bangalore on 4th but still it is not delivered and I tried to call them but they did not respond at all I did not have any info regarding my delivery.

                Way bill numbers [protected] send from HSBC Chennai to my Bangalore address on 27/01/2009
                But I haven’t get my courier delivered. I have enquired the Blue dart thrice (29/01/2009, 30/01/2009) but they haven’t tried to delivered the courier. They have told we will get appointment and send for the delivery. But they haven’t called to my mobile also. Since it was a matter o[censored]rgency(Demand Draft) I cant wait anymore. i have lossed the hope and monday morning i was searching the consignment in the Bluedart website and came to known that it was delivered to the source(Chennai Hsbc). This is the way the blue dart is earning money from the clients.

                My consignment from CITI Bank was not delivered as the delivery person came during the office hours when I was away at work. When I called up the Blue Dart customer service @ [protected] I was told that the package cannot be given to my wife as her name is Mariam Yaseen and does not match my Name Yaseen Rahman. When I gave them My complete office address for the delivery I was told that since the office address on the consignment was only half hence it does not match the complete address I was giving them (which very obviously cannot). Hence it cannot be delivered in my office.

                When I asked to be put through to the Manager I was told that she is busy and does not have time to take my call so i should call up later. later I called up 8 times and every time i was put on hold for atleast 5 to 10 mins but was never connected to the manager. I was not even given the office address from where i can pick up the package my self. they completely refused to help me.

                My consignment tracking # is [protected].
                Blue Dart Customer Service is extremely unprofessional
                When a call is made, no concrete information is given for any of the queries .
                If there is a delay no reasons or explanations are given.
                Morever most cases misleading information is given to the customer. This is nothing short of cheating.
                In my case I even found out the reason for the delayed shipment, but still the blue dart customer service people refused to acknowledge the miss on their part and did not take action for more than two whole days.
                The services of blue dart is very very poor. I am a banker & they have forged our Relationship manager Monesh. Monesh has relied on the verbal commitment of Bluedart people of Indore. But the actual performance of courier company was worst. They charged Monesh Rs. 1380 but the courier was not reached at destination on time . so his claim of courier charges was rejected by accounts people & branch has bear the same. we lost a business of 75 lacs due to nuisence of Bluedart. The world worst courier company.

                Blue dart authority wake up & monitor your branches. specially indore.

                  This is 7th day of my complaint. Called blue dart regarding the status and the reply was as usual we will update you today evening. And no one would bother to call me back. I am supposed to receive a shipment from ICICI Home Finance and on 9th I received a message from ICICI that the document was sent via blue dart. To my horror when i enquire the status of the shipment i found that my consignment was delivered (as per Blue dart site AWB#[protected]). When i raised a complaint, initial investigation found out that it was delivered to some company in electronics city, where i have never worked and no where releated to myself. I wounder what can be done to get my consignment recovered and redelivered ??

                  Our One Packet was sent from HINDUSTAN Media Ventures Limited Delhi to Bareilly HMVL vide AWB NO.[protected] on 20/07/2010. Today is 22nd July 2010 and till 3:40 PM it has not been delivered to us. When we asked local office Bareilly on [protected] first he told LADKA SUBAH ME NIKAL GAYA HAI SAAM TAK JAYEGA and disconnected the phone. Again I called on same number then he asked for the AWB no. and told me to call again after some time. After 10 minutes when I contacted him at around 3:30 PM then he replied it has just reached to MORADABAD and expected by evening.

                  We do not expect such poor services from blue dirt courier which is taking 3 days time in delivery from Delhi to Bareilly. All other courier also takes equal time and positively delivered the packets on 3rd day @ atleast 5 times less cost than blue dirt.

                  DHL AND BLUE DIRT COURIER IS KNOW FOR BEST COURIER SERVICE PROVIDER BUT If your service is so poor why should be choose you..???

                  Blue Dart — Shipment not received

                  This is with regards to a shipment with waybill [protected] that I was to receive from ICICI bank through Blue Dart. I have to say that the service by the representative named Ram(from Belapur branch) at this location is the worst I have ever encountered by a private courier service.

                  I wasn't available last week and received 3 'missed you' slips at my residence. Following this, I tried calling the number given on the slip and found no one picking it up. I then followed up with their customer service and was told that the shipment would be delivered yesterday between 11 to 3. No one came between the mentioned times and on confirming with the customer service later, I was told that the courier person had come at my residence and found no one which is a blatant lie. There is no slip at my door and nor does the security guard at our building say that anyone from a courier service had come into the building. The exact same scenario was repeated today and now I have been told that the shipment has been returned to the origin. Needless to say, this behaviour by a company that prides itself on timely shipments is shameful. I want severe action to be taken against the mentioned employee.
                  YES THAT IS VERY MUCH TRUE STATEMENT MENTIONED FOR BLUE DART
                  BLUE DART - UNABLE TO DELIVER - VERY RUDE BEHAVIOR.

                  AWB no : [protected] sent on 21st June from Faridabad, not delivered in Bangalore till 27th June.

                  Called blue dart regarding the status and the reply is improper address, i provided the address and telephone no at 3 pm, but blue dart refused to deliver saying they do not have staff.

                  To my horror when i enquire the status of the shipment i found that my consignment was picked up without having consignee's contact no and address...who on earth works like this?

                  Customer service was so rude, when i requested to deliver it to my friend as he was in Yelahanka, BLUE dart asks to send the rubber stamp, how disgusting!

                  Such a pathetic service, do they really understand urgency why people spend so much money to send it courier??????
                  I had ordered a landline telephone instrument from Amazon. It arrived on 5th of May at Blue Dart Courier office in Roha ( i.e. destination ) But till date I haven't received my order. As I have been told by the Amazon india customer care executive that Blue dart is unable to find the address. But the fact is Blue Dart has delivered around 4 packages from Amazon on the same address in past 5 months. Then what is the problem now?

                    working as an F&B Manger In Hotel Babylon Raipur.This is to bring in your notice that inspite of reminding blue dart courier about my duty timing i.e.8.00am to 14.00pm, my courier is not being deliver to me in time.This has been the case with each and every courier of mine coming through Blue Dart. When complained about the same they responded that the courier will be delivered according to their time not mine and if I have any problem I should ask my bank to stop sending my courier through blue dart.

                    The consignment was came to my address on saturday i.e.09.05.09, as it was holiday the same was not recieved hence taken back.

                    On monday i.e.11.05.09 the courier person not visited my address & on enquiry to your office bearing tel no:[protected], 73, 74 & 75, & they confirm that the same shall be delivered on tuesday i.e.12.05.09.

                    On tuesday i.e. on 12.05.09 I astonish to receive a SMS about non deliver of consignment, where in I am at my adress & your person from[protected] confirm that your person vissited my address & not found me, it's a descripency.

                    At about 5.30 PM I tried so many times to contact over above number & fail to get responce.

                    As the consignmenet is urgent, may I request your attention to deliver at least by tomorrow i.e.13.05.09 without fail.

                    I m very unhappy, as i come to know that after 3 days, the consignment is not delivered .
                    it suppose to deliver on the next day i.e-4th Aug 09.

                        Non delivery of Credit Card

                        I was to get a credit card couriered about 2 weeks ago which has not been delivered yet. I keep calling there Customer Service numbers and they never respond. Nor the person on the call acknowledges that its Blue Dart unless we ask from our side.

                        They give a call to know where the address is.. we give them the address but in vain keep waiting for the person to deliver but they NEVER Come..

                        I hope this attitude...

                        good evening !!!

                        i booked my post on 3 - october - 2008 to Raipur from Bangalore Blue Dart services. They told me to deliver my Docket on 3 November to Mentioned Address at Raipur before 2:00 PM at any cost.
                        but Till 5:00 PM my Post did not deliver By Blue Dart At Raipur on Mentioned Address. Mean while i Called a lot of To their Customer Care Services at Bangalore as well as Raipur Blue Dart Offices. In Raipur office Some Lady attened my call & Assured me to deliver that Post at Raipur address soon with priority. Then after 1hr. i called at Raipur Address where the Post will be delivered but they told as they Have not received so i again called to the Raipur Blue Dart Office but the Number was busy & this number had been busy for 2 hours. Some body Put off the receiver of that phone. again i called Bangalore Custmer care And talked many persons Regarding this but all told me to contact soon & told me about post delivered or not.
                        but no body called me then.

                        i sent my Chattisgarh PSC form by courier and 3 November is Last date to recieve the Form by 5:00 PM at Raipur G.P.O. one of my friend from mentioned address take the form & submit it to G.P.O. if it could be reach In Promised time.

                        it harressed me so much & I lost my chance to attempt the exam.

                        Please Take The needful Action against Blue Dart Services & let do Justice with me.

                          - Shipment was sent via Bluedart on 23rd
                          - Shipment has still not been delivered as of 30th
                          - Shipment delay was due to Invoice not being sent by Blue dart.Shipment reached London on October 27, 2008. But could not be delivered as Invoice was found missing. This was a miss on part of blue dart. This was confirmed y calling DHL Customer Service UK
                          - Multiple calls made to Customer service DHL India[protected] to send the invoice. Customer service refused to acknowledge miss on their part even though the UK customer service had clearly indicated that invoice had not been sent.
                          - Finally spoke to Assistant manager customer service on 29th October and invoice was finally faxed. Assurance that shipment will be delivered latest by the next day (at the earliest)
                          - 30 October - records indicate that shipment has departed from DHL Heathrow London but has still not reached recipient. Repeated calls to customer service have yielded no results nor have any reasons been given regarding the delay

                          Kindly help resolve this. After charging customer exorbitant amounts bluedart has failed to deliver shipment. Further more they have not been transparent in their dealings and have tried to hide information from the customer

                          Blue Dart — Wrong Information

                          Hi Sir,

                          This is in regards to my LCD shipment, I called up Blue Dart's customer care thrice and got a price of Rs. 2473 for sending my LCD to chennai from Delhi. But I was abacked when the executive came to me for pick up he told me some absurd figures and rates. After talking to cusomer care again, i got a price of Rs. 1700 with insurance. Now it seems they have stopped my shipment because of their confusion and balance Rs. 300 which they never informed me about.

                            I am B.Srinivas aged38 yrs..resident of H.no.: 1-1-365/19, Gandhinagar, chikkadpally, Hyderabad-500020. few months back I have taken a Insurance Policy from Bajaj Allianz for my Child B.Saketh Suman and after months also we did not recieve the Main Policy bond to our house.

                            One day I got a phone call from Mr. Partha Sarathy from jawaharnagar that a document from Bajaj Allianz on Saketh suman & B.Srinivas name has been given by a courier boy to the wrong address instead of mr.Partha Sarathy's related Document..with out checking the document & address his Assistannts has taken the wrong one's and signed in the Blue Dart delivery book ..after few days Mr.Partha Sarathy got his Document back with the Courier executive and he has returned my Document to Blue Dart executive to hand over to my address and it has passed a month but till noe I did not get the delivery of document bearing Courier No:[protected] as given by Partha Sarathy to me..Now I rang up Blue Dart ..Himayathnagar & Customer care Bearing Phone No's :[protected] or 34 &[protected].. There is no proper response and the people who are recieve the phone call has no manners as how to talk with customers..Now my question ..Where are my Documents..?

                            Blue Dart — Missing Important Courier

                            Blue Dart was supposed to deliver an extremely important courier containing confidential information to me. Not only they delievered it to the wrong address, but they are saying that they are still tracking it even after 10 days !!! Cannot believe the sheer negligience and irresponsible behaviour that BlueDart has displayed. Extremely dissapointed.

                            Non delivery of my credit card of ICICI Bank

                            I was unable to get my delivery at my address of my credit card, my Bill no is AWB[protected]. Today i just received a message that my address is incorrect but no buddy called me which was very embarrassing and also tried to contact with customer care but that also did not worked.                               Way bill numbers F[protected] & F[protected] send from HSBC Mumbai to my Cochin address have been returned twice mentioning address not found.
                              I have received many correspondences & C cards from HSBC previously through Bluedart.This is the second instance in last 3 months where Bluedart has not delivered the covers in my address & conviniently returned the same.
                              None of the staff has even bothered to contact me over phone /mobile in all these instances.This reflects on the deteriorating commitment of your staff to provide service & is an eye opener for me not to depend on you any further as a customer in my business.

                              waiting since morning for a shipment delivery from @Blue Dart(AWB [protected])...booked the delivery slot at 8am preferably and before 12noon under any circumstances...called up 3 times to follow up and remind..still delivery is not done :( standard line is repeated every time I call--Sir! Delivery Boy will be there before 12noon--ironically this was repeated at 12noon also. This is from the company which claims to be the best logistics management company in India!

                                I had got Axis Bank credit card with Awb no :[protected] and when the courier man came i went ot chennai for purchase and i am shortly leaving to Dubai.But its my permanent address ...i have all communciation credit card bill, bank statement all were delivered to that address only...
                                "my aunty told them that i am out of station". The courier person told will call me to my mobile...But when i checked the AWB Bill no ...it shows Cosignee is not at that address...

                                How worst the service...is ? Anyway that courier cover will be with my mobile no... Y dont they call me and confirm...

                                Some severe action should be taken on these courier people for working so worstly and for worst service...

                                I am a govt. employee. This is the most worst experience I hav faced towards delivery of Credit Card. The person at Blue Dart Courrier, Ludhiana contacted to me on my mobile for the said courrier. I told him to deliever the said courrier to my given address at the CC, where my parents is available to take it, as I am in the office. He then said that my father have to prove his identity that he is my father...What the hell of the question is this...

                                After contacting to Axis Bank people, the delivery boy came to my given addres and again asking for Voter ID card, Ration Card and many more thing else...though the address was rightly mentioned in the courier and my father was there. He contacted to me through telephone and I also talked to the delivery boy, but again he is asking for this paper or thnat paper...Lastly, I said to himto go away with your CC. I hav been in Ludhiana for last one year or so...and my job is tranferable, how can I arrange Ration card of a particular state...or my voter card is under the processs...Moreover, when I am available, then is this the right way to dealing with the customer..

                                I request you to dismiss that fellow sitting at Blud Dart Office, Ludhiana...and deliver my CC at the earliest...

                                    I have sent Birthday Dress for my sister through Blue Dart Express Ltd on 30/09/2008. The Airway Bill no is [protected].
                                    The address mentioned was

                                    The address mentioned is absolutely correct as I have been sending documents in the same address.
                                    The courier company assured me that the consignment would reach on 03/10/2008 as the Birthday was on 04/10/2008.
                                    The courier company did not take any efforts to contact consinee even after the mobile no was mentioned on the consignment . Inspite of numerous calls the consignment did not reach the address
                                    As a result my sister was unable to wear the dress on her Birthday . Till yet the consignment has not reached the address nor any efforts have made to contact the consignee .
                                    Request a refund on the amount spend on the courier, the STD chgs and also a claim for mental tension
