[Resolved]  Bluedart — FAKE COMMITMENT OF DELIVERY

I am Rajnish Singh. i would like to inform you that my father applied for PAN card which was sent by PAN card authority on dated 05-May 2010. On first visit they retyruned it back by providing reason address is untraceable. On second visit reason provided by their executive that cuxstomer is not available at address. when i checked my status on BLUE DART website i get shocked than i wrote complaint to their customer services. Later on dated 14 May i recived appreciation mail from Ms.Aparna Dsouza Manager of customer services and assurity that they will deliver my PAN card on 14th May but it was not delivered. I agan checked status on 15 th MAy there i come to know that thier executive again provided fake reason that customer is out of station. I again wrote mail to Ms.Aparna and brief all the happenings. She replied me that my PAN card will be delivered on dated 15 th MAY. I awaited whole day as well as next day till evening but nobody came t my place. Then i again wrote 2 mails on 16th may evening and 17 May at 2:30pm and asked for the reason but there is no response from Aparna Dsouza. i get totally frustrated with tortures done by BLUE DART. If possible Penalize them for such a harrashment done by such a reputed company. Please go through mail attached below.......complete conversation between me & Aparna Dsouza ( Manager of Customer Services )

Blue Dart is totally disgusting
Yes same problem I'm facing. Thanks a lot to aware the people from this kind of fake service.

not deliver proper address

I m suresh, from h.p.university shimla, i want complaints againts local blue dart service shimla they do Not deliver parcels at mentioned address.
Please return the bank kit to the respective bank as soon as possible

I am buy the product in flipkart and I pay through SBI net banking and my I'd no is:[protected] and the delivery boy is too bad he called me and I give direction to my address and he didn't give the parcel and he mentioned like wrong address. want to take serious action.

Need the kit from my bank to be returned to the bank as son as possible

I had orderd rose gold backcover for samsung s5 .. on the delievery day 11 june 2016 Noone called me to receive product and in the evening when i tracked my order it shows it was delievered and i was waiting for the whole day ...please provide my order i urgent need of this
