[Resolved]  Bluedart — Not Delivered my order

Hey not a big deal... Try calling Blue Dart - [protected] and provide ur waybill num. If they insist that you were not present when it was delivered, then go straight to bluedart office/warehouse in ur location (since it will be in the warehouse as they've not delivered it to you) and get it personally. For me, I live in a flat.. bluedart always checks the first house and since it is locked most of the time they run away saying consignee not available. I go to the bluedart warehouse and collect the package. So far I've went thrice.. So if your product is important to you try to get it from bluedart personally, if it is still not there then something is wrong,

Blue Dart — Order not delivered

Hi I would like to highlight one of the most pathetic customer exp with Blue Dart.An order that was dispatched from Inkfruit has still not arrived at my place.I got a call on Tuesday from Bluedart stating the delivery boy went to my place but their was a lock at my place.I asked him to sent my order next day by 11.Till now I still waiting for my oreder.But no one receives the ph at their number.I am chasing my order with no clues how to do it

my courier no.[protected] should be shipped on 17 feb,2013 but it was not delivered yet..... and the site claims that they have delivered the product on 19 feb. 2013 and corrier man sys that he shipped to wrong address and he didi not give any response
