[Resolved] Broadband — i am facing a great problem with current status of my phone and net service of mtnl delhi. | |||
MAHANAGAR TELEPHONE NIGAM LIMITED DELHI dear sir/madam 20/07/10 i am residing in new Delhi -110092,Ganges Nagar app. of fly over.i am taken mtnl broadband connection at 17/04/2010 date,so there are frequent unevet poorest service with my phone and net .when any call connect,then voice problem generate of my line side in my phone as like : ( srrrrrrrrrrrr srrrrrrrrrrrr ) . and second problem is that ,when i call at 1504 mtnl cost.care poorest services is also is there.never my call connecting with them always all time there is sowing after bell computerese voice(all are costumer support executive are currently busy kindly say on line ) this statement is sowing not only one a time for whole time day or night again & again .so if i cant gate any ans on 1504 then how i solved my phone-net problem's . when i gone MTNL office,sanchar haat madhu vihar ip ext. delhi -92, then i say my prob.to 1 senior person who is sitting in 4 no.cabin at 1st floor.i am also saying to him.i am facing this problem so pleased solved my problem.but he is giving me ans is that:- 100 peoples are calling is on this no.but i am not agree with your prob.so call is not passing on 1504 . so,sir if i solved that then why i go there and requesting them.... because i have that prob...that's why . so pleaseyou are requesting to kindly look into the matter and them for solve these problem as NOTE:- connecting , speed of net , costumer care no. 1504 and with them also staff discipline ..... i shall be beggarly waiting for you instant action & thanking you in anticipation regard, YOUR MTNL USER PALLAWI KUMARI [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
