Broadband — disconnection

Same situation! I had an account of Airtel broadband with the number [protected], for which i requested discontinuation of services in the month of january, 2011. I got around 15 calls from Airtel customer care to confirm for the disconnection of services. After that i got a service disconnection call and i was in peace that the connection no more exists.

It was in april 2011 that I again started getting calls from Airtel that some payment has not been cleared. I unwillingly had to pay Rs 2400 after the Airtel people assured me that it would be the last payment. Again in april 2011, i get a call from a lady from Airtel for still pending amount. Again, with the assurance of it being the last payment, i paid Rs 2000. I have the receipts of the same and an application signed by the Airtel representative that it is the LAST payment. Now, on 13th feb, 2011, i again got the call for the payment not cleared. I mean is it the way Airtel treats its customers...i have been harassed by the company and it is enough. I never thought of it being such a bad experience with Airtel. I request the Airtel team to show concern towards this and help me get out of this problem.

Dear Sir,
As per My request for a Broad band connection, you had been given a connection in the month of April 2010, but since the day it was not working properly , as per my complaint your service engineer from Kizhatur exchange who tried to rectified several times, but he could not solve the problem , finally as per his advice I made a return complaint to cancel the connection. that complaint I submitted in Perintalmanna customers care division, I paid the bill for 3 months, even without connection and price for modem also.
I given back the modem which I purchased as per his instruction to Kizhatur exchange on July 2010. still the bill are coming that’s why I didn’t pay last 2 months bill, now BSNL disconnected my telephone, when I asked kizhatur exchange He said I will check commercial department , that’s only no any positive result from his side yet.
This all problem created by Kizhatur exchange technical service engineer , he said I will make a report to BSNL to cancel your broad band connection because of error in connection.
Therefore I hereby request you kindly refund the amount I spent initially, and reconnect my Telephone.
