[Resolved]  BSNL Ernakulam — PROBLEM WITH LANDLINE TELEPHONE

BSNL,Ernakulam — Land phone- not working

My land phone No.2761183 has not been working since 17/10/2009.But even after repeated complaints there is no response from Telephone Exchange ,Kolencherry,Eranakulam.The pity is that so far they have not even made a single attempt to identify the problem.There is total callousness from the part of the authorities.

.FROM 9 th MAY IT IS NOT WORKING.WE (TWO SENIOR CITIZENS) ARE LIVING ALONE.MY CHILDREN ARE NOT WITH US.A COMPLAINT HAS BEEN REGISTERED .BUT NO PROPER TECHNICAL SERVICE RECEIVED TILL NOW 16th MAY. PLEASE ATTEND URGENTLY

Dear Sir,
For official purpose we (CWC, BED, Kochi) have applied a new Telephone Connection with Internet connection and application submitted at Panampilly Nagar office. Incidentally every formalities are over on[protected] and it seems the BSNL has allotted a Telephone No[protected] and a message received saying the service is activated. Unfortunately we have not received any Telephone connection so far. On contacting they (Panampilly Nagar BSNL) given 2 telephone nos and on contacting there is no response. Today[protected] I met your BSNL (Line Man) personnel and he told me that they have not given any wire to him? In fact less than 20 meters wire only required for the new connection since the existing connection is already there in the building (JALADHARA Complex). Now I don't know (1) to whom I have to make a complaint? (2) Is it the standard of the BSNL now-a-days?.(3) Is it the standard of your Customer Care? (4) In BSNL there is no mechanism to curtail or check such irresponsibilities/ unprofessional attitude of the concerned personnel ? (5) Whose mistake is it anyway? Anyway kindly do the needful to give the connection of Telephone with Internet as early.

My Land line[protected] is not working for about two weeks now in-spite of repeated complaints. Tried to contact Exchange and Fault numbers, no-body attends. I am around 80 years and don't sport any Mobile, hence solely depends on the BSNL as it has serves us well in the past.

this phone is not working properly for ages,
we already informed to moozhikulam exchange but they didn, t take any action,
this phone is wireless so is there any possibility to change this to other,
i am working abroad so only my mother and father stays at home they senior citizens and both of them not healthy so the only way for them to contact somebody is through phone..could you please do something for this, , you can contact me
