Worst service for broadband & Landline

I stay in Doddanekundi Outer Ring Road near Marathahalli. I am using BSNL Landline & Broadband since 9 months. Usually when the phone and broadband goes out of order and it wont be rectified till 1 week. This thing keeps happening once in 2 weeks. Online recharge amount is not credited

Wrong name printed in monthly telephone bill

Fraudulent websites

BSNL is hosting several fraudulent webpages for more than 20 days. We've been trying to contact someone, without success. Event he government CSIRT didn't answer to our requests.

The server below belongs to India government and they hacked, steal many data, but seems that no one cares.

insufficient speed inspire of paying 850 per/month

i am paying Rs 850 Per month though they are not giving proper downloading speed please checkout they are squeezing our pockets...in hyderabad beam internet cable gives 10mb downloading speed in Rs1000....but bsnl broadband connection give only 512kbps in Rs 850. please try to increase connection speed or decrease the charges....

Customer exploitation

I am a BSNL customer having an prepaid mobile plan called students suvidha introduced by kerala BSNL exclusive for students. In it they had offered free 2000sms/month ,49p for /min call etc .
But due to new TRAI Rule kerala bsnl had stopped all plans including students suvidha and bought new plan s which cost high for customer s . They cancelled all the freebys offered .

Not working
