BSNL not providing new connections after collecting fee

Hi,

I have applied for a new Land Line + Broadband on 15th March 2012 by paying Rs 500/- to BSNL.
Till date I did not get the connection.

My work order number is 48044521. Also, I have given a complaint to BSNL (ref no. KRK/CO/2012/1502 dated 22nd March 2012) about the delay in providing connection.

On 30th march 2012, I have filed my grievance with the Ministry of Telecommunications....

one gb usage is consumed miraculously fast as compared to used in mobile

i have used bsnl broadband services since two to three years.simultenously i also use internet on mobiles with various networks like tata,uninor etc.
i find one thing alarming that in bsnl boadband 1gb of free usage consumed in avery fast as compared to usage that utilised in mobiles schemes i dont find the reasone behind the event.but i want to try to get attension from the so called SAHEBS OF BSNL.SOMETHING IS GOING WRONG IN

Landline Telephone bill

I have taken a new landline phone (FTH) in December 2011 from BSNL, Thrikkakara Exchange. The phone number is 2972018. I got the internet connection also enabled with the connection. Till date, I have not rerecived any bill/invoice from BSNL. Please rectify this issue and send me the bill from December 2011 ro March 2012 at the earliest.

The worst cheating mobile company—BSNL

Discounts as Promised are Not being paid

Hi, I have a land line phone at Ooty bearing number:[protected]. I have been paying my telephone bill through BSNL online portal, where it clearly states that 1% discount will be passed over to consumers, who use the ONLINE payment option. My enquiry and complaints on this subject in their own customer care portal has gone into the deaf ears. Will some one, clarify, whys such promises are made, when you cannot track the ONLINE payments....

Extra Charging and negligence towards customer

There is some problem in dealing problem , . in the first bill i was charged Rs.1200 extra , later i was asked to pay that with a promise that they would refund the amount . . it did not happen . after clearing this i needed bill , and the bill stated that i should pay the bill on 28/03/2012, but my broadband connection was disconnected for non payment . i am asking peoples to provide a soft-copy of the bill and my payment . they are reluctant...
